This number is tied to Full Spectrum Litigations, they called to "sue" my mother in regards to a "outstanding visa" from 2006. First off they dont do their work well or they would have known that my mother passed away this past April. Secondly one would also think they would be aware of the statute of limitations in my state.

Would recommend that once you get a call like this be it for a family member or yourself contact the atty general in your state.

I too am a lawyer and while I have not been in court with this company, every debt collection case I went to court on has been dismissed in the debtor's favor, not bs companies like this who can't even prove there is a valid debt and transfer.

If you received the "msg" as a v-mail or text message, they are either a scammer or a collector trying to trick you into contacting them.

the msg i got said i was part of a class action suit, and if i didnt respond in 48 hours, then i would be dropped as a co-plaintiff.  said it came from a lwaw office.
