This number has called us 10 times in the last 3 days.  This has been going on for about a year.  How can I get it to stop?

We keep getting calls from U.S. Loan Advisory. They want us to give them info on our current home loan and if it a VA loan. We told them we are on the do not call list and they say "so". What kind of company expects business from consumers when they have such rude reps working for them? They call back and say, "expect more calls". We told them to cease and desist, so what do they do, they call us daily and their phone reps say rude things to us and hang up on us. We called the police dept to file a report for annoying/harassing calls and have documented a legal complaint. Telling them to buzz off won't help - they just keep calling. WE DON"T WANT THEM CALLING ANYMORE!!! AND WE HAVE TOLD THEM TO STOP CALLING US. ENOUGH is ENOUGH! Any takers out there for a class action law suit? Please contact me.

if you guys wanna sue them contact the attorney general and file a lawsuit against wayne swanson who is the owner who is running the offices he also has another office in ontario ca i have addresses and all info on adam owens who is a manager at the murrieta office i also have that info....they will not sue you guys they are illegal dont let them scare you....the accounts  are out of stat some dont even appear on the credit report anymore.....they are fake and they r taking your money....be aware

It seems to me that our finance companies MUST have sold them our information. I say this because our home phone is not listed and our cell phones (they call on mine) is listed under our son-in-laws name and he has nothing to do with our loan. From reading here and on the comments from the other number they use to call me, (800-866-6009) it is definitely a company trying to get you to refinance through them and the calls did not begin until after we financed our homes. So far they have not asked for either of us by name but I have read that they have for others. They had to get that information somewhere.

This number called several times - asked them to not call again but they continue.  When I stopped answering them they left a "threating message"  something like I better be careful who I hang up on they know where I live and I will be sorry.....etc. etc. calling me a Bi_ _ h and a Cu_ t etc. etc. - Called Verion and had the call blocked (only good for 90 days)

If you call the number back it says its disconneted and if you try to call a number l or 2 off like (1-888-893-9352) 9350 its another business or 9351 also another business.

They are calling me and my husband is very ill and he often naps in the afternoon and they keep waking him up...................I'm an unlisted phone number on the no call list but obviously that does no good as they probably random dial.......if I answer the phone to tell them to quit calling......the hesitate for about 20 seconds and I just hang up on them.  Something needs to be done about these calls once and for all.

I have been having all of the following complaint problems with this number.  Today's took the cake, with the foreign lady who initiated the call chewing me out for telling her I was not interested in her product.  These people are harassing our Veterans...please help by filing as many complaints as possible to get them stopped!

I just let them run out and at the end of the day delete all the "missed" calls
No one I know calls me on a 800 or any variation so nothing is lost.

For the past three weeks I've been called 8 - 10 times a day. Purchased a Panasonic KX-TG4744 digital cordless answering system and has call block. Rings once and disconnects.  

Caller: Mortgage Investors - Asks if I've a Va loan. No way I'm releasing any information.  Background audio sounds like a "boiler factory" - many people talking.

When the 888 number is dialed,
"Number you have dialed is not in service.. Please check the number and try again"  This  is a bogus message as there are no SIT tones.
What I've done is recorded the SIT. When a number in the call-block list is matched, the SIT is played and the answering system disconnect.

I've been told another nuisance ending method is to use call-forwarding to the FBI, FTC, or your local. gendarmes.

These people have called my number at least 10 times EVERY day and they do not wait to hear my voice before they hang up.  I want this to STOP!!!!!!!!!

I have been getting calls all times of the day and night from this number asking for someone that hasn't had my number for over 2 years. I have told them repeatedly that they have the wrong number and to stop calling. They called again a few minutes ago, so finally extremely angry I ask for a supervisor and the lady asks what the problem is and I tell her what has been happening and she says Oh, I can take care of that for you. How many times does it take for these people to get a clue that they have the wrong number!!! Next time they call I am filing harrasment charges!

I have been receiving calls from this number about 5 times a day for the last 2 months. They come in at all hours of the day and, in my opinion come in from overseas. When I answer the phone, they usually ask for my son, David Ehrlich. When I tell them that David has not lived here in 7 years, they then ask if I have a VA loan - David, having never served in the military could not qualify for a VA loan. I tell them that I did but paid it off 3 years ago and ask that they stop calling me. Sometimes they will call me back 30 minutes later with the same question. I have reported this to the "do not call registry" but it does little good.

I am really getting frustrated with this. What can I do?

I get a call from this number 2-3 times per day.  When I answer there is silence.  When I try to call the number I get the message that "The number you have dialed is not in service".  How can that be if someone is using it to call me?

this number calls my cell at least 6 times a day starting in the morning during work, after work and before I go to bed.  I never answer these type of calls.  Yes they are a marketing company selling refinancing.  Yes they bought a list of cell phone numbers and no the DNC list doesn't protect you from them.  It from the credit agencies that they buy the list.  The 888 means it's routed in from oversea's.  I wish I had an answer for why they will not stop after two months of calling night and day and never getting an answer.  You would think they would stop.  But I guess it's just a computer dialing for them so they just don't stop.  It's a shame the credit agencies can not see that they are terrorizing people with their behavior.  It should not be allowed anymore.  NO MORE PHONE SALES Calls  PERIOD.   That would be great...  but it will never happen.  They must be DEMOCRATS who own this company.......

I have been receiving 3-5 calls a day from this supposed "US Loan Advisory". I usually ignore the calls, but on the few occasions I have answered I have told them it is none of their business if I have a VA Loan and that if their company does not have an A+ rating with the BBB I will not work with them. They hung up on me. Then I finally got fed up and filed a complaint online with FCC last week (although since the company sounds like a call center somewhere in India I'm not sure if they can do anything). The next time they called I answered and told them to take me off their list and that I had filed the complaint. The person told me to expect a call from their attorney (whatever) and hung up on me. They are still calling several times a day.

We just received a call from this telephone number. The caller was a heavy accented Indian woman, probably calling from India. She said the name of her company is US Loan Advisory. This is the fifth time these people have called.

Calls every day.   They hang up when you tell them not to call but call back anyway.  This time it was an Indian accented lady.

I called FCC today, these idiots have been calling me everyday for at least a month or so, she said the only way they can help is if you have the name of the company that is calling you, and of course that is never given.  I've reported this phone # 2x's to FCC besides the call today.  FCC # i called is 1-888-225-5322.  Good luck.

If you do a little research about who owns websites and doman names, you'll quickly find this and similar "related" sites are fakes, scams -- some even provide "helpful" forms where you can -- guess what? -- GIVE YOUR NAME & PHONE # to complain. Just be careful about who you are dealing with, is all I am saying. When you get some good information, post it everywhere you can! Good luck.

Quit posting bogus info. That's not the website for the city of Kent or the police, and your other crap about a toll-free number to call and win money is a scam. Who the hell do you work for?

I have been getting calls from this number for the past year and asked them at least 5 times to take me off their call list.  I am currently on the no call list for telemarketers.  Yesterday I asked them to stop calling me and got a call again today.  The woman hung up on me after I asked her to stop calling me.

www.AngiesList.com is the reason I get all these calls and they will not take me off there list. Stay away from Angies list.
