 Would you read my comments on 15 Apr 11 about a class action lawsuit against redtime exclusive.

This is an update

My kid Brother has talked to a Lawyer & in all probabil, ityShe will go forth w/ a possible class action lawsuit, need to know who wants to go in with this action w/ my kid Brother against the one's that screwed over boocoo people by  Redtime. As we all know, Redtime is a bunch of snakes that are doing this and we need to cut their heads off and then place them in Prison for what they have done to many people.

My Brother Theron Padgett who was scammed by Redtime is getting an appt w/ a lawyer next week to discuss taking Redtime to Court. My Brother lives in DeLand(near Daytona), Florida. I live in Hinesville(near Savannah), GA. If you're interested in the possibility of a class action lawsuit let me know. He will inquire about that possibility. The Lawyer will work Pro-bono(believe that's what it's called)(does not charge unless She wins the case) If you're interested contact me. My Brother does not have a computer, so I'm doing this for him. Check my comments below on how my brother got messed over by Redtime. They scammed Him of $1398. We will try our best to put these dudsters in prison/Jail.

Derek are you still looking for 5 people , because you can count me in as being SCAM. Zach and Diane Miller got us for  $1799.00 . We cannot talk to anybody , they do not reply to mail , or faxes.They are not at the Miami , FL address. I checked that out today , January 18 , 2011 the office is empty.

Derek, We w3ere taken by the same people, Zach  and Diane Miller Arlington , VA..They got us for $1799.00 , and promise us the moon .WHAT A SCAM , it is time we do something about these people .I went to the address you have on your reply , and it is a empty office, no furniture. The company next to them said they are in the Domincan Republic. We were contacted by Zach of Red Time Share Exclusives on March 3rd , 2010 to sell our timeshare. They needed a deposit and financial filled out. Diane Miller from Arlington , VA.handled that portion of the business. Since them I have not been able to contact either person Zach or Diane Miller .I have sent Certified letters to them, but I get no response. I drove down to the address I have on thier stationary, and the company next to thier address have not heard of them.The office of Red Timeshare with the address of 1733 NW 79TH Miami , FL 33126-1112 was empty. We belived this was a total SCAM , will never see are REFUND as promised.

Sorry I have not gotten back to you until now.  Our Mom passed away in Jul 10 & been reak busy.My Kid Brother Theron Padgett contacted channel 9 in Orlando, Fla. The Radio Station contacted the Fla. Atty General Bill McColumn's office and they are  investigating & have sent notices to the Miami Red Time Share office. Hopefully  something will come of that. Redtimes mailing address is 1733 N.W. 79th Ave. Miami, Fl 33126. My Brother was dealing with a guy by the name of Zack in Miami & Diane Miller in Arlington, VA.

I am Terribly sorry! I was also mislead by redtimeshare, The employees are lead to believe that these units are sold at the resort but it is not so. The New Company name is mgmuniversaltimeshare.com,and the owners name is Mike Cohen. My Phone name was Chris King. I found out they used to go by twaresales.com, and century21timeshares.com,and fsbotimeshares.com he is always changing company names.

Just wanted to see if anyone else got scamed by Redtime Time Share Exclusive. Also were there any class action lawsuits pending? My Brother got scamed about a year ago of almost $1400.

I have contacted just about every place I can think of or have been told to contact, only to get no where. The head company in Arlington, VA. did call me to offer me back $900.00 of my money because they were mad that I was having people contact THEM for answers. They then told me that they were going bankrupt. This never happened. They told me I was terriable for contacting all of these places about them. They then called again and offered me$ 1000.00. I called the guy that we had dealt with, asking him about the bankrupcy. He knew nothing about it. When I spoke to Diane Miller , her answer was that they don't have to tell the people that work for them any thing. She also said " that the money, it said I would get back in my contract has changed because they still have the timeshare on the web site". I said " That is not what my contract says" her answer was, well things change. TOO BAD and hung up on me..... I have a few more things I am going to try. I spoke to a newpaper reporter, in VA. that said " if I found 5 people that had problems with this company they would go after them". I am still looking for people.  Let me know how you are making out.

Update.  The new telephone number I gave you for Redtimeshare (1-866-390-7922) off their new web page goes thru to DS Advisors & Associates.  DS A&A admit they once worked with Redtimeshare.  Maybe this is a new angle we should pursue.

I have not made any progress with Redtimeshare.  I have confirmed that they are not a registered business in Florida.  In theory if these people can be tracked down the State of Florida will prosecute them. Let me know if you have any new info,

I have left a number of communications on this network over the past year.  I am also trying to get my money back from these scam artists.  I did some research in Florida and confirmed they are not a registered business in that state.  Also I have just discovered that they have set up a new website with some new telephone numbers:

Hi Ron,

I have been trying to go after Red Timeshre since last Oct. 09. I have written to every department that could do any thing. Since they receieve no answer from Red Timshare, they close the case.  I would like to know more about this suit you would like to file against them.

The Redtime Share Exclusive Resale is a bunch of scam artists. My Kid Brother, Theron got scamed of $1398 back in Nov 09. I have the info in below comments.

Keep us posted on the lawyer situation. I hope you're lawyer can do a class action lawsuit & put these lobcocks in jail(eventually). I've dealt w/ class action lawsuits (before) in Augusta, GA. back in 1999, even though the homeowners won we wound up getting back only about 1/2 of what was owed. My Brother is a 100% disabled Army Veteran & does not need the stress that this has done to him & He is on a limited income right now & is being hurt by these con artists. I'm going to try & do everything I can to help my Brother get these Scum Bags in the pocket book. Apparently there operating not only in Florida where my Brother lives but throughout the US. We need to get therse lobcocks off the street & in Prison. I live near Savannah, GA.

The same thing is happening to us.  Said they had an offer and then no call backs after I gave them the money. I have a lawyer looking into it.  He is going to send a letter and we will see from there. I have been held holding the line when they went to ckeck on the offer and never come back to the phone. That is a rare to\ime they actually answered the phone. I am pissed.N8W

Yes my Brother Theron got scamed by Red Time Share Exclusive Resale back in Nov 09. He lives in DeLand, FL(near Daytona Beach)He dealt with a Financial Officer by the name of Diane Miller(probably not her real name) out of Arlington, VA. He also dealt with a guy in Miami named Zack. He got scamed out of $1398.00. The Lady wanted $1700.00. originally but my Brother said no & the lady came down to $1398. My Brother has made booqoo calls to Diane & Zack and has been hung up on by Zack. My Brother made about 40 calls all total sine Nov 09 to the present. The majority of the calls goes to an answering machine & they have not returned his foncons. This Redtime Exclusive & others like them are a bunch of scam artisds, lowlifes, lobcocks & the scum of the earth.
Anybody know a good Lawyer that can represent us on a class action lawsuit. Another alternative is filing in small claims court.

I too got a phone call from John Fernandez. I have a Westgate Flamingo Bay condo which I would sell for the 32000 that he stated. He was to e mail me information, but have yet to receive it, Any Information???

Sorry to hear about the scam on your brother.  The same has happened to me but I am still keen to recover my fee.  The problem we all have is knowing where Redtimeshare is based.  I went through the Florida business register and came up with nothing.  Have you had any success in tracking down their whereabouts?
