Funny. You're barely literate yourself

It is a third party telemarketing firm contracted by Bell Canada to try and get people to upgrade their internet and phone services.  In order to get off the list you have to call Bell Canada's customer service number and ask to be taken off.  It is annoying as they know most people don't have the time to do that.

Got a call this afternoon. Didn't answer. I dialed this # and got a recording all in French, no English. Said she was from Bell. No doubt they'll call again.

This no. keeps calling but doesn't leave messages.
What's up with these types of calls?
If important they'd leave a message.
Tired of unnecessary calls and interruptions.

Received a call today around 3:30 p.m. from 888-895-0777. They did not leave any message.

Received a call today at 11h04. Nobody spoked and then they hung up.

We had something like this happen to us but they said that I signed up for it on the Internet.  The phone company said that they couldn't take it off and that we had subscribed to it.  We ended up going to the Public Service Commission for help.  We never knew what the charge was suppose to be for.

Don't answer.  Just answering might be considered a "yes".  Register your phones with Donotcall.gov.

I get numerous calls never answered before yesterday telling me they are part of bell and have a promotion said not interested she said you not going to hear and I just hung up

S-T-O-P  calling us.  We have received at least 8 calls from this number per day for the last two weeks minimum.

Got a call from this number.  The woman said that she was calling from "site services of Bell Canada".  When pressed, she then said that they were 3rd party company working for Bell.  Upon my clarifying that she was not in fact a Bell employee, she changed her story, saying that she was actually a Bell Canada Employee.  Clearly a lie.  She then gave me the standard, "this call is being monitored for quality control purposes", to which I gave my standard, "I do not consent to this call being recorded".  They never know what to do with that one and it ended her pitch before she even had a chance to give it.  Please remember that almost no one calling you out of the blue is your friend and many of them are not who they claim to be.

Extremely tired of this no. calling the house continuously.
Don't leave messages and when you pick up, no response.
I picked up today and said PLEASE STOP CALLING MY RESIDENCE.  
Will see what happens the rest of the week.

This is an outsourced company apparently hired by Bell to sell products. They do not know the names of people they call, nor do they have any idea what services are already subscribed to.
I received a second call in two weeks. This one was as rude as a bill collector. I told her what i told the first caller, I am not interested and am on the do not call list for a reason. If I want something, I will call Bell myself. I do not now, nor will I ever discuss business with third party call centres.

Caller claimed to be calling on behalf of Bell Canada. She did not know who she called and had no idea what Bell services we already have.I didnt tell her anything. Questionable to the legitimacy of the call but at least she was pleasant.

We've been receiving numerous calls from 888-895-0777 EVERY SINGLE DAY.  They never leave messages.  THIS IS PURE HARASSMENT.  According to many above-noted postings, this would be a telemarketer working for Bell.

They keep calling even when you told them that you are not interested. This is my third call in about 3 weeks.

They are telemarketers hired by Bell. They called to try to get me to switch my TV. Very aggressive and insistent, just hung up.

Caller claims to be working for Bell. Want to know if I was interested in their Internet Fibe.

I did respond "oui" when asked if I was in charge of the household.
I better check my bills carefully to see if they have used my "oui" in the recording for another question/authorization.

Don't give your name and/or address over the phone to people who call you unexpectedly.
This also applies to other personal information of course.

Hello! I receive a call from this number almost every day since weeks. They never leave a message.

It is possible, it happened to me, a phone company (not Bell) called me and used  the "yes" as my  acceptance to change from my present long disatance provider to them.
The guy on the phone (indian accent) insisted a lot, I refused, but next month had the surprise to be billed by them. Called the company, and the lady from Customer service told me I accepted the change,  the "recorded" conversation was only "are you XXXX?" "yes"; "do you accept us as long distance provider?" "yes".
Told her this was not the real conversation but the answer was cynical: "for us it is valid, we can use it as a proof". So I try to avoid as much as possible to say "yes" in such a conversation.

this number 888-895-0777 has called 4 days in a row no message called it back the message was in french I could pick out it was something about bell canada . If you have something to say leave a message or dont call and in english please
