I received a call from 888-895-4360 and plan on filing a complaint against the company as I am on the Do Not Call List.  For awhile this worked, but an employee at the FCC informed me that the newer technology is enabling companies to get around the system, so obviously newer methods of stopping these calls need to developed and implemented.

I keep getting calls from them too.  This time I called back and listened to their menu options and pressed the  # key to be removed from their automated calling list.  (even though I'm on the cell phone do not call list).  The recording "assures" me I will be removed from the call list in 12 hours.... hmmm.... we'll see.

I get calls from this number at least 4 times a week. I've never answered. I wish it would stop, NOW! I not only get tired of seeing the number come across my television screen; I am tired of coming home from work and seeing it on my missed call screen on my phone. I will get on the do not call list, again...maybe that will put an end to the calls?

This happened to me last year.  I never answered, and they finally gave up...
The numerous calls have started up again, but I continue to ignore them.  It has been going on for weeks, but they never leave a message.  If it doesn't stop soon, I will try papajohn9's "fix".  I bet it will stop then. It wouldn't hurt to file an annoying call complaint with the telephone company, also.

They have been harassing me all week, multiple times a day. I do not answer calls from those I don't know. This is getting very annoying.

Did this work for you?  I just attempted it as well.....they REALLY don't want me to have to speak to someone to get them to stop the calls....it will be ugly  :o)

I have been getting calls from this number every day for the last two weeks.  What irritates me is this is my cell phone which should be off limits.  Today I decided to call the number back and a recording came on said if I would like to be placed on their internal Do Not Call list press pound (#), after a few seconds a recording advised it would take 12 hours to process.  I guess it is waiting game.  They probably use the 12 hours to sell my number to another useless company trying to get me to purchase something else I need even less.

Received a call fromt hem, they claimed i had made a purchase of "a household object" and that they wanted to give me free coupons and access to a shopping service and to confirm an address which is not mine.  As soon as I said "no thanks" they went away, but will watch for a charge on my credit card.  I suspect a recent ebay purchase provided them with my information.

best/worst line: 'i am not here to dispute your purchase, you made the purchase, i am calling to offer you... blah blah blah'

scammy even for telemarketers... do not answer... someone put them out of business...

The number (888)895-4360 calls me at least 10 times a day.  I have to assume that its an automated call.  They never leave a message.  I have downloaded an app that blocks whatever number you add to a list.  It working so far. The strange thing is that normally when you "google" a phone number you can always find out the name of the company, but this company is obviously concealing their identity.  Good Luck everyone.

What you all have to do is contact your local state rep. I have many times. If and when they receive too many calls they will do something about it. Posting this online over and over again does no good! I have heard that some folks are calling the numbers back and when the computer asks for the tel number to be included on the do not call list (yeah right) leave your congressman's phone number. What do you think will happen if a senator and congressman's office receives 80 calls a day! Problem solved!!

They started calling me this week.  I have not answered the phone.  I googled the number and found this conversation string.  I'm glad I did.  I am also on the DO NOT CALL LIST.  How do these scammers get away with it?

They have been calling me multiple times a day, from before 8am to after 10pm and they never leave a message. I am on the do not call lists...

just got a call from this #....I didn't answer & there was no message left...I have a cell phone & I think I'm on a do not call list.  I think I can sue & make them pay!!!

I keep receiving phone calls from this number.  I have not answered the phone.  They call relentlessly multiple times everyday.  I am really sick of the calls.  I had heard that answering 888 numbers could result in me getting charged a large amount on my phone bill and that I would be liable for it.  Consequently, I never answer the call.  I wish someone could stop them from calling.

They call but no one is there when you answer, but they keep calling very anoying. We are retirers who rent a house and have but one unused credit card so that can not be why they call. Help us!!! as they interrupt my daily naps

For me it was Consumer Benefits Network. Legitimate company, but after making an online purchase, I got a call telling me coupons were on the way and verified my address. This was apparently me consenting to a 25 $ charge, and a recurring charge unless I cancelled, to be a part of this "network". They must outsource the calling to be able to deny the claims. I called CBN and complained and they "SAY" they will refund the 25 and cancel the subscription. Still Waiting :/

This is Consumer Benefits Network underhanded efforts to sign you up. If you purchase something online or as seen on t.v. you will receive a call a couple weeks later telling you coupons are on the way. verify your address, and you've officially been charged, unbeknownst to you 25.00, with a monthly recurring charge until you cancel.

yep, they did this exact same thing, and I got enrolled in the consumer benefits network for 25.00. and it is a recurring charge of 25. 00 per month unless you cancel. very underhanded.

I have been getting 3-5 phone calls a day from these people for over a month now?!  Do they never stop?  I am on the national do not call register - how do they get away with this?  Even if I weren't, isn't this volume of calls harrassment?

They call my cell phone sevral times a week and will NOT stop calling!!! This is getting very old... I answered it once and told them not to call me back EVER!! That has not stopped them one bit.. I am getting very pissed, why is this legal?

I get a call from his number several times aday, I just don't answer it but it does bother a person when they call so many times.

They've called 5 of the last 7 days.  Once a day between 10 and 3 pm PT

Same thing happened to me today. I just wanted to get off the phone with them. Obviously there wasn't a good feeling about it. Bank can't do anything unless they actually charge. Will have to monitor bank account too! :\

Has called four times in the last 24 hours no voicemail, calling around dinner time, tired of the scammers!  Do not answer!  How can they get away with calling, this is my cellphone and it is registered on the do not call list!

they have called me 85 times in the past month and everytime i join their dnc registry.

I keep receiving calls from them. They will leave a message but when you call back, there is only a message. I have left messaging saying do not call and even joined their so called dnc list..

They called me and some how had my CREDIT card number and now im charged 25 bucks for something i dont even know what its for.

I anser it and the girl told me she was from as seen on tv, that she wants to talk me for a purchase. So I asked her when I bough it any product, she answer in the last six month with is a lie! SCAM

I dialed this number back and there is a recorded message stating that you can add your number to their internal do not call list.....says will take up to 12 hours to be removed. We'll see.............
