i can assure you its not a scam. Paypal collections is a seperate dept from customer service. customers were complaining that they couldnt get help with payment arrangements thru the customer service line so they created a direct line. if you want the calls to stop you can always cease and decease them.

This seems to be a scam. They say they are Paypal, but when I went to paypal.com and called the contact number, customer service said they had no record of 888-895-5592 in their system. More importantly the real paypal said there was nothing wrong with my account.
The number in question are phishing to get info on your account. I called 888-895-5592 and the person asked if the number I was calling from was the number on the account.

Its PayPal Collections, I had a dispute and I couldnt find their number on their website to contact them anywhere... Glad he called, problem was resolved quickly.

has called for like a week at least once a day. started calling 3 times a day now its twice a day first one always at 8-830am. never have i answered never do they leave messages
