It's paypal.  They sided with the buyer and refunded the person $300, even though the buyer installed the pool light incorrectly, then returned it to me all burned up from too much voltage.  I will never, ever pay them.   They can keep my number on autodial forever; I couldn't care less.  It's their passive-aggressive way of making people cave and pay.  Not working on me though!!  I have an app called Call Control on my phone, and it just blocks the call every morning at 8:30am when they call.

They reversed a charge from a scam artist they can pay for chargeback!

You will notice any time Paypal gets a chargeback they lose... (I mean WE Lose!)!!  Doesn't matter how right you are.. I had postal copies from my postmaster of Full Signature of a customer that swore he didn't get the item and it was all signed by postal service as well and they still let him STEAL the item.. my 2nd chargeback came well over 5 years later and I will be if for some "ODD" reason paypal lost that one too .. only to send a letter that says something about they "do their best and user agreement says we will pay" so pay up.. .. after talking to many others and attorneys.. they were all SHOCKED that the either customer actually got away with the chargebacks and felt that the situation was never really even defended or documented to the chargeback card company! They all said there was no way the 2nd could have been even attempted to dispute chargeback as "no one in their right mind could ever find for the chargeback!".. ..
Needless to say.. We no longer use Paypal after over 15Years and THOUSANDS of Dollars passing through them.. if they can't stand up for $99.00 they don't deserve their 3% on $100K plus of revenues!

No it actually is paypal. I got my credit card stolen and forgot to update my info with them when I got my new card. That's the same number they've called me from. If you call it back it even goes straight to paypal.

This is why everyone should have a Google Voice number.  Click "Block" and they are blocked from calling again.  They are calling me for a dispute that was in my favor 3 times and then when the customer did a CC charge back and PayPal lost the appeal, then and only then did they want the money from me.  Excuse Me!  You said I was in the RIGHT three times, now where is my buyer protection?

I seriously doubt it is PayPa since they are calling a number I never ever provided to them.

I suspect it is a phishing scam!

I recieve Multiple calls a day from them. You f****d up to put it simply. I did it to and I called myself a jack*** I used my old PayPal account to buy http://fusion-hub.com. I messed up with it. I paid them as should you.

It is a call from paypal because they covered a purchase for you if your bank acct info is no longer valid, no worry just pick up the phone and update your billing account and all is welll, they paid for your stuff so the least you could do is pay them back!

It is the bloody PayPal collections. Stupid motherfu***rs, they call multiple times every day harassing me. DO NOT PICK UP, THEY WILL NOT SAY ANYTHING! The point of the calls is too annoy you into paying. Sometimes PayPal tax collections also call at midnight - 2am.
