Keep getting calls from these people.  They are very rude.  After listening to a message from "Lisa", who would want to call them back.  Oh and they call 5 million times a day.  Just send me a letter.

Yes, I'm in the same situation - on a payment plan for a very old medical debt and they keep calling as if I have never set up any plan, and yet I've been paying on time every month for the last 8 months.  Idiots!

I too got a call from them at work. They are calling me about a $30 Bill. My insurance already paid there portion and if Shawnee mission medical center would have filed the Secondary insurance they would have been paid the $30 I paid them. But they still don't stop because SMMC has not sent them over the report. These people are rude and call my work after I have told them to stop. They told me they will continue to call until it is cleared up. Sounds like SMMC and Kansas Counselors have communication issues.

They've been calling my work looking for my husband as well, (though we DO work together), they are nasty rude, and very ugly sounding. You get no where with these a-holes and they are about to hear from my attorneys for harrasments!

They call me at work even though I've asked them to stop. I heard if you ask them not to call you at work that it's the law they have to stop. These b*****ds don't! They call & call over a petty $100.

KCI is Kansas Counselors, Inc. and they are a collection agency.  My son gets calls from them all the time because he owes Shawnee Mission Medical Center some money for medical bills.  They call my house 7 days a week.

They called my work phone yesterday looking for my husband (who doesn't work for the same company as I do!)  Called from the number below but left an 888 number to call back (888-895-6353).

A-holes and idiots. They call me every month for a debt I am paying on. "Carlene" this time. Every month it's "I'm calling about your debt to blah, blah, blah." I say "I'm paying that." They say "Oh, I see it here, thank you." I hang up and mumble "Frickin idiots..."

They just called back! I spoke with 'Kate' and the 'Company' is "Kansas Counselors Inc."... They're a collection agency. I still wasn't home LOL, and hung up.

I, too, just recieved a call from 888-895-6353. She said that she was looking to speak with me and that she have an important call for me. I asked who this was and she said KCI. "Who's KCI" I replied and she said "It's a company". Really? a 'Company'? I said that I wasn't home and hung up. Pulled up no information on KCI on the internet except for Kinetics Medical and an airport.  I doubt it was either one of them :)

Initially refused to give a name to the receptionist. Finally left a message under the name "Lisa" calling regarding a "personal business matter".
