A guy name Mike Connly say it concerning a check#1057,and papers was sent to him and I meed to call him today to see what my options are,left extion number7014,I cant recall no ck,and why he didnt say how much it was,hes calling constantly!!!

THE DONOTCALL.GOV DOENT PROTECT YOU FROM SCAMMERS DO NOT EVER CALL THEM BACK . NOT SCARED IN TEXAS.

Same story.  They are a debt collector. Rude guy leaves message: This is blah blah for Processing Solutions.. blah blah received an order on my desk today... need to verify some information... blah blah claim against you...this is official notice.  Says to call party directly at 888-897-6404.  Even gives claim number that included a portion of my SS#.  I called and it's US Capitol Recovery - although the caller my have just been a company hired by US Cap. to place rude but effective calls.

same thing as everyone else, except i know that i have no debt. i just received my discharge letter from the court 3 weeks ago. i never realized how many of these phone calls were scammers until i filed bankruptcy. all of the letters have stopped because they're written proof if someone is harrassing you, but the phone calls continue. i have 0 debt, i don't even have any credit cards and i never use checks.
so these harrassment calls are bull, and if anyone gets scared listening to them ignore them. i used to get scared, and now i realize that they're crap.

I received a similar call to a collection call.  They called from a restricted number and said that they received a fax to rectify a claim.  That I has one opportunity to contact a suing party (not naming the party) and told me to call 888-897-6404 or they would serve me with documents.  They listed some claim number.  When I called the 888 number, I was asked to leave a message, but they did not say who they were.

Keep recieving phone call for someone else and leaving message on voicemail  giving information.

this number is a collection agency....if u have written a check or any other debt.....they are rude but you have the right to stop these hoes in their tracks....they call restricted....or by the number listed above.....it doesn't give u the company name...when you do give a hold of them...they are "Mediation"...before....papers are served....

Do not know this company.  Questioning why they would be calling me on my work phone number.

They are commercial real estate services, based out of New Jersey. They called me too...the only thing I can think of is that it is a collection agency for a lease I broke and never paid the rental company.

I just got a call from this number 1-888-897-6404 stating that if I don't call them back they will come to my house. And that there is a certain claim against me that they want to withdraw from my earnings?  They don't give a name of who the company is ?  Somebody please help.

They keep calling from a withheld number saying I have to call them to give my address are they are coming to my house this is the number they leave to call 888_897_6404 I have no idea who they are
