Call from a company called First Capital and Associates demanding payment of some sort.  Very rude people when I asked for details.

Called my cell phone twice. One call right after another. I don't know this number so I didn't answer either time.  Didn't leave a voicemail.

This is a timeshare company called Timeshares by Owner and they are a scam.  Stay away from them.  A few years ago I gave them $750 to sell out timeshare and they did nothing.  They have been sued by the State of Florida for fraulent practices.

I have gotten several calls from this company

daily calls to my cell anyone know who this is.

Saw this when I looked up the number.

THEY FURTHER STATE YOUR LISTING PRICE, THAT THEY ARE A FINANCE COMPANY, AND THAT THE BUYER HAS ALREADY DEPOSITED 20% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE. THEY REQUIRE THE PAYMENT OF A FEE FOR CLOSING AND FINANCE CHARGES.

THIS IS A FRAUD THAT IS BEING CONDUCTED WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION. WE DO NOT WORK WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY TO SELL YOUR TIMESHARE. IF THE COMMUNICATIONS DOES NOT COME FROM US, IT IS FRAUDULENT.

The guy said I had spoken with Adam. I said I wasn't interested. He said You called last April and you shoul dbe ready to do something with this. I said I wasn't interested. He said well, Mr. William Phillips, or should I call you "BILLY". I assume that meant as in Billy goat. I said I need to report you and hung up. He called a minute later and said Do you want my number to report me, and I said yes. He gave me my number.

Whoever that is I don't care, but I've gotten several calls about timeshar and I think that is totally uncalled for.
I called the operator at that number and reported it. They said I would receive no more calls.

got call from this number for info about my timeshare, told the caller not interested but she kept arguing with me so had to hang up.

The message they left on my answering machine was saying they wanted to ask me a few questions about my Timeshare Week.

So do we.  Asking to discuss a personal business matter with spouse.  Indian accent
