If you get a call from this number, and you know you have the debt, odds are likely that you will be able to settle your debt for 50-60%.  Just say you have 10% lower than that, and agree to settle in that range.   Or, to split the payment up, agree to a 75% settlement over 2 months, or an 85% over 3.  If you get talked off to a Supervisor, or Renee (She's the division manager for the moment), attempt to sound sincere, and stick to your guns, flexing 5% at the most from what you say.  Take it from a former employee.  Also, be a jerk, and you'll get treated like one.
