Received a call today @ 1:10PM ET where the caller ID showed "UNKNOWN CALLER" and a male left a message on my machine stating "(My Name) This is regarding an urgent legal matter being forwarded to Martin County. I need to speak with you or your attorney within 48 hours, call 888-899-5883."

I have no intention of calling this person back as I don't have any legal issues going on and have never lived in Martin County. So they obviously have the wrong phone number.

Yes, this company called me today from the same number. My guess is they were looking for an old employee. Very very rude individual. I have no intention of helping them find the person

they don't just take money from your check.  it's a process and that takes place in front of a judge.  you have the chance to setup a payment plan then.  and that's if you get sued.  NCO won't sue you for anything.  They pay about 5 cents on the dollar for what you owe.  that means it would cost them more then you owe.  and these days any judge would throw it out of court.

ive been sued by american xpress for a $1500.00 balance. thy put a lein on my property so i couldnt refinance my house untill the 1500 was paid off. you are definatly wrong lenovo. your mis-informing people dude.there was a judgement placed on me in maricopa county.

hi its me again....... lenovo......i understand ur trying to look out for these people but please...gt ur facts right...i am am real person who hates nco and hates all credit card companies but you beleive what you want thats why this forum is here...for warnings...i dont feel a docket number is necessary for this situation...but i put it like this if n.c.o or redline or any of those so-called phoney agencies who have a "plant" in this forum only...i checked out a cuple other forum's why dont they have these "plants" there? i don know but bank of america has made my life a living hell and n.c.o tried to tell me that it was going to happen and i hung up "Like a dummy"...well good luck because someone needs it

The caller above is a plant for the NCO Company to entice you to call them back so that this wont happen to you.  If you (unlucky) are a real person, make available your docket number and the jurisdiction that you were sued in. This is a public record after all.  Then and only then will I believe you.  All I know is that I wouldn?t ever call myself careless for something I have nothing to do with.  I know this case is a lie because of the lack of info given on top of the fact that wages cannot be garnished for credit card debts in the United States.  Nice Try Jabronie.
Anyhow, if you do get a call from these people and they have all your information but not the correct address or social security number, then continue to ignore them and rest assured that you have not be notified as they say you have been.  Just ignore them and don?t call them back.  If it is a valid debt, then you should call them back, but in my case, its ID Theft and I spent not one dime they said I did. I had to get a new Social Security Number because Bank of America wouldn?t believe the fact that I didn?t buy health insurance in London England or Dell Computer Products form Chicago and ship them to a place in Washington State.  Just know that official notification is only ?official? and ?legal? when it is made in person or via ?hand delivery? and not via a phone call.

I also received a call at my place of employment from this number.
I have nothing to do with them.  My husband does, but it is against him,
not me.  They are legally not able to touch or come after me.
It is a business problem with my husband and I am unattached according to the law.  HOWEVER, they are calling me at my school employment.
It is now the holiday vacation.  I will be calling them back from a
anoymous number and will give them harassment details for them!!!!!!!!!!!

i got a call from the same number. the message sd that it was a legal matter that i or my attorney needs to call immediatly, i never called them and a month later i got sued by bank of america. this place is not playing i get 17% of my wages garnished every paycheck and when i called the number back they sd they had options for me to handle the credit card bill but it was too late i ended up getting sued for my carelessness

Got the same message as Fl. Girl but asking for someone I know but does not live at our phone address and never has and never will. I told them to remove my number since they are calling the wrong person. I would never let them know that I know who they are looking for...
