Yes, I got this call who said he call from HSBC M/C and told me I forgot make min payment  this month,.....you must pay it now online ,..... If you don't do it now , it is affect you personal credit ,...... But I told they back" really, let me check that is true first?! By the mean time I m not going to do anything here with u, because I have to make sure this is a scammer call or not,...." They hand up the phone right the way ,. .... It is SCAMER.

This number is calling me 6-8 times a day, when I reply there's no one there!! I called them and the man said it was HSBC credit card. I asked him how do I stop you calling me and he said it was important they wanted to speak to me. I said if it was so important how come when I answer there's no one there and you never leave a message. I never gave my name.
He asked me for my number to find out why they were calling and I told him I wasn't giving my credit card number to him I don't know who he is! I don't have a card only my husband does. He said he couldn't stop the calls and suggested I call the number on the back of the card!

This number has called my office phone several times over the past week. I had not paid it much attention, until I looked at my missed call log and saw that this one number called me six times yesterday - and never left a message. As our phones are connected to MS Outlook, so I can see that my missed calls from from this phone number on January 13, 2014 were at:

There have been a couple of times that a "message" has been left - today around 8am, but it is nothing more than 5 seconds of dead air and/or someone breathing (not heavy breathing) on the line before it disconnects.

i get 19 calls EVERYDAY. At first I thought..its some a***ole prank callers cause no-one responds. they just hang up when I pick up. Then one day I answer it...I just put my ear on it..and someone talks in some unknown language. They talk for 3 seconds and then hang up! I got tired of it and muffled my phone with my pillow every time they call. Honestly, if they want to tell me about something..THEN ANSWER. I will not tolerate this constant call.

Correction on my last post meant to say: Why would I give a password for a credit card?

They called me today and that was OK with me because I had inadvertently forgotten to make a mastercard payment. However when they asked for my password I started to worry. Why would  I have a password for a credit card? It freaked me out and he hung up. Have they ever asked anyone else for a password?

Was called on my Cell Phone, and they left no message.  I called the number back, and they answered as "Covenant Debt Solutions" - they specifically said they were NOT a collections agency, but that they 'help people get out of debt'.  Since I don't have any outstanding bills, much less something that would have gone to collections, I half believe them.  It could be they have a wrong number too.
They promised to take my number out of their database.
I reminded them that my number was on the 'Do Not Call' registry, and that there would be fines involved if they call again !!

This is becoming very annoying, come home from work, and this number
appears on my phone, no messages left when answering machine comes on.
They are calling early on weekend mornings as well, and some evenings.

they keep calling and they don't seen to know that they are talking with a ansewring machine. they call 5 or 6 time a day. anyone know how to stop tem to call me.

This company calls my house looking for my mother all the time. I answered the phone recently and told them she wasn't home, and they called back 15 minutes later! Not only that but they expect you wait until a represenitive becomes available! Why should they be allowed to call you when there's no one even on the phone?! They called me 11 times on a Sunday morning when I was sick in bed, most times twice in a row! I don't care what kind of business they run or which company they represent, they can't keep calling like this it's very unprofessional and VERY annoying!!!

It's a credit card with HSBC.... no selling

Every day this week they've called. And just now: Sat morning at 8:45.

I just got  call from this number, I called back. Its HSBC Master Card Collections. I forgot to pay my bill, thank god they called me or my credit would have been affected. And I asked them when they are opened because I was getting calls on sundays and they are not opened Sundays, they said that it's against their policy to collect on Sundays, so it must be another company, I'm gonna look into it.

They will call and call all numbers on file every hour on the hour till they reach someone. They will not leave any message on any line, direct conversations only. After you call them with arrangement on payment it will stop, until the next time. Good Luck All

THEY WILL CALL YOU AND YOUR RELATIVES THAT THEY WILL GET FROM THE FREE ONLINE DB, DAMN THE INTERNET, AND TELL YOU THAT THEY NEED FOR YOU TO PAY A BILL THAT YOU DONT RECALL FROM WAY BACK WHEN AND THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO SERVE YOU A SUMMONS, GET YOU HYSTERICAL AND THEN ASK YOU TO VERIFY YOUR SSN. THEN, THEY WILL WRAP UP THE CALL SAYING THAT YOU WILL GO TO COURT, GET AN ATTORNEY AND DONT CALL THEM AGAIN. DONT ANSWER NOR RETURN THEIR CALL!!!!!

When they called me, I simply told them " I am sorry, I guess you did not get the news, He passed a way last week." They stoped calling!!!!

please stop calling our home phone specially on weekends when we want to rest. we don't need whatever you are selling.

HSBC calls because we are late on our master card payments. I know the calls are way too much, but if we're late is our own fault
