Got a text message from another number telling me to call this number. Seems shady.

Received text from 424-832-9568 asking me to call 888-907-1434. Total scam. Don't give any info to them.

Watch this about the company!  Awesome.  Damn them. And this report was in 09.

Received a txt from 4248329568 asking for a call back to 8889071434.  Did some research they want your information to send to schools.  Please do not verify who you are or your email address. If you do, they legally can sell it.  That means you just paid someone else?s wage to be harassed by school advertisement by confirming or disclosing your information...yes even your name. The "unemployment survey, on the page to enter ur cell # in the big red box enters you into a "text quiz club" that will bill you on ur mobile monthly bill at $9.99. No thanks.

I called back, despite my regard after reading these posts. My call with them lasted a total 5 mins. She asked me what time was the best time for the employer to contact me, if I was a US citizen, over 18, and if I was interested in full-time or part time position. At some point in the call, I mentioned that I was a student at the University of Central Fl (which I am), and she spoke about how that's a beautiful thing. Then, she told me she was going to let the employer know they approved me. Then, she asked me if I'd be interested in taking an unemployment survey by email and I would be entered for a $500 gift card. She said I would receive an email by tomorrow, and to complete the application. And, that was it.

Called me today! They posted an ad on craigslist for a teachers assistant position. So shady! Guess we should flag their posts!

all these reviews are from today...wow! seems like they are making all their calls in 1 day.
what a BS scam, when did i ever apply for an 'Inventory job'?
I texted them back, asking for the name and nature of their business...

George, do you really think these people are 'worth a try for anyone going back to school'   ???

I too got a text from 888-907-1434, asking for me to call them. After reading the reviews I called and simply questioned the following questions:

1) Why did I received a text message vs a phone call?
    *answer: something about living in the 21st century.. Shady if you ask me

2) Will you be insisting to go back to school?
    *yes                                        

Note: This is what I found out.
They wanted to recruit me to go back to school, by no means did they have a job opportunity for me.
The process took 20-25 minutes.

Recommendation:

If you would like to go back to school you should give them a try otherwise continue searching for a job opportunity.

I received a text from this number.  It was in response to an application.  The woman who answered the phone said she represented an employer who wants to remain anonymous but after I verified some information (nothing that isn't on my resume which is public on CareerBuilder, Monster, etc) she start telling me about school options.  

There are more employment scams out there than there is employment!  I just want to cry!!!
