OCWEN CUSTOMERS COMPLAINING ABOUT  OCWEN:

Ocwen - Denied mod offered repayment
I'll try to keep this short. I have 2 loans with ocwen. 1st used to be with gmac. I was able to get a hamp but defaulted when I was unemployed. Was working with gmac when loan was transferred to ocwen. All progress I had made was lost. Have been working with ocwen since august 2012 to get some kind of resolution. Submitted all paperwork for mod 3 times. They lost or said never received complete...

Ocwen - Inept and non existent help, even at the "managerial" level
They couldn't, not even with a manager's help, move my payment from January 1 (not the date I scheduled it) to December 31st (EARLIER) for tax purposes. They acted like they were helpless about clicking a button on the screen and making that change. No way you can run a company without being able to do that. They just kept repeating themselves. And the PROMISED me the day before that it would get...

Ocwen - Worst company ever - Crooks will never give you a mod
I faxed the loan modification in September and found out later that I didn't qualify. They gave me no reason and told me someone will call me within 1 week to explain why I got denied. Wow. Then they also told me that they will send me a in house modification package.. I asked whats a In House modification and the Indian lady with a heavy accent said its the same as a loan modification except Ocwen handles it.

My payments were way too high and I could not believe they didn't approve my loan modification. On top of that when I asked for the reason why I didn't get approved and the lady told me someone will contact me in a week to explain. I asked why couldn't she tell me and she told me she doesn't handle that. WOW!!

I started thinking If I didn't qualify for the loan modification is there a way to appeal?? I was seriously paying my whole entire check on my house and I could barely eat! When I moved to this house the payments were good until they just adjusted my rates and now its killing me!! I didn't understand why I didn't get approved. I was extremely stressful and I didn't know what to do..

I started thinking Is there anyone above Ocwen that I can talk to that could get things moving?? I really didn't want to lose my lovely home because I have so much memories :(

I received a call from my Relationship manager who told me that I was making less income hence there was no program for me, and he also told me that if I applied for in-house mod, the result would be the same?.

NATIONSTAR CUSTOMERS COMPLAINING ABOUT NATIONSTAR:

I've been dealing with mortgage companies for the past 40 years and Nation Star is proving to be the absolute worst. Five months ago they bought my mortgage from Bank of America. It took Nation Star two months to begin sending the statements all the while I was responsible to pay monthly. For the last three months, I have been checking the box to change my billing address all to no avail. The last statement I high-lighted and used a post-it to indicate the billing address has changed, all to no avail. This month they didn't send a statement and when called, because their online system...
I have been on the phone with Nationstar's Escrow Dept. for 1 hour and 45 minutes and am still holding for them to find someone who can explain where the escrow from my old loan disappeared to. I am beyond frustrated with this company. Whomever is in charge of this company, please get people who are knowledgeable about escrow accounts to work in the Escrow Department. No one knows where my escrow credit is. Looking at all of the complaints about this company shows that no one cares about the customers. The CEO/President is just sitting back and collecting a fat check. But he too shall reap...

I have been working with my fiance after being divorced 3 years ago, to re-establish her mortgage. 3 years ago she initially sent her hardship letter into Aurora for a Loan modification. She then received a letter from nationstar stating they were now her lender. We then contacted then and resubmitted the paper work. We have been consistently contacting them. They have requested taxes and pay stubs 5 times, stating never receiving the previous paperwork. We sent the info one more time at the end of Dec. 2012 and mentioned...

I had previously been with Aurora Loan Services and had been trying to get a loan modification through them for almost 3 years!! What a fiasco! On July 23rd I received a letter from Nationstar Mortgage telling me that they are now my loan servicer. Aurora should have, by law, sent me a notification at least 15 days before the transfer but did not. Nationstar should have notified me 15 days after the transfer, they did not! I went through Hope Now (HAMP) to start a new loan modification application. That was on August 20, 2012. I am a 100% Disabled Veteran and receive disability benefits. I do not...

Nationstar oversees Horizon-their foreclosure practices are dismal. I fell on hard times and been trying for modification for three years and cooperated with all paperwork. Time elapsed and all my all paperwork disappeared-they have all the excuses in the book and also was told 3xs that my file expired-how does your file expired with all the paperwork? I have a good one for you-once they led me believe that my modification was almost complete and the last step was to have a broker come to my home to take pics. Boy was i elated-i found out that those pics were going to be distributed on a investor...

NATIONSTAR CUSTOMERS COMPLAINING ABOUT NATIONSTAR:

NationStar has been giving us a runaround since June 2012 as we are well qualified for the HAMP and HAMP programs offered to people like me and my family who are $50k upside down on loan, and recently hit by adjustable rate of 6.2% which is a result of a bad modification loan we got back in 2009 from NationStar (2% for 3 years/ARM, 40 year loan on $469, 000 ). At this point, they have all our papework, and know good and well we are able to pay our mortgage at 2% because we have done so for past 3 years never missing a beat.. After the interest rate adjustment to 6.2% our mortgage went up over $1,...

Trying to modify my home loan, since June 2011, they repeatedly ask for the same documents over and over and still have not submitted my documents for underwriting. I have had 10, yes 10 of what they call a "dedicated loan specialist" but when I call to speak with that person I get sent to a general call center and no help. I have sent so much of my personal information to them, that I am concerned as to with who or where all my personal information is with....

I have been trying to short sale my property ever since I was denied for a loan modification. I feel I am being discriminated against and the lender has refused to review very good offers with my short sale submission. Most recently I turned in a complete package and Nationstar refused to review and delayed for 2 weeks. Finally they opened the short sale package, only to tell me two days later that there is not enough time to approve my short sale, they are refusing to review my package and will proceed with the foreclosure. Janine Richardson with the bankruptcy department told me that my package...

I bought my home by Bank of America 2011. Situation happen that led me to hardship. My pay was less than usually since the Post office was under going reform and overtime pay was cut out. But now with step increases and overtime my pay is up again. I had to take in my daughter and her two children. My son came too. Now my daughter got accepted to CNA class and will be working . My son was also making move for work, he got his security certificate. I make catch payment to Bank of America but my loan was sold to Nationstar Mortgage. They immediately took me to foreclosure; I tried to get modification...
Nationstar  has horrible customer service! I needed to talk to someone about my mortgage but they kept passing me from one person to another. Every week I would call them and I get transferred to some random department and getting different point of contacts. They would then tell you that someone will call you in 3-5 business days. Balony!!! that does not happen. Even those who answer the calls...can we say those who are merely manning the customer service desk picking up the phones are SOOOOOO rude!!! They eat or chew while they're talking to you on the phone. They breath hard, sigh...not even trying to mask...

Nationstar   recently acquired my mortgage from BOA and I have problems with them ever since. I have requested that they stop calling me every weekend after the first for payment when there is a 15 day grace period on the loan before it is past due. They have lied to me when questioned about the loan payment date and grace period. I have been nice to them up to this point, after telling them them I was recording a phone call it was apparent that they acquired the loans form BOA to foreclose on the property ASAP. When I asked about when my loan was pasted due they almost immediately said that they did not...

Citimortgage  clients complaining about  Citimortgage:
I applied for a loan modification with Citimortgage in July 2009 after my husband was laid off for almost two years. Today is now March 15th, 2010 and we still have no resolution for our modification. We entered into forberance for a short time where we made partial payments and were told that the modification would be processed within 30 days and we could call and check the status weekly. I am now on my third loan modification application because we were told the first two applications were closed but no one at citimortgage could tell us why and on one occasion we were told that it should not have been closed. I still call to check the status of the third application but starting two weeks ago all five numbers that I have called has you enter your account information, tells you to hold for a representative then hangs up on you. When they call our house we answer and they hang up. Now I can't even talk to anyone. What kind of company is this? I do keep excellent records of people I speak with including names and employee ID numbers but now I can't even get though to anyone. Oh, just for giggles I pressed the option for a NEW LOAN and got a person right away to help me with a new loan but nothing for exsisting customers, imagine that!

They are horrible- you do what they suggest and still get nowhere- except out on the street. We applied for a modification in September of 2009- was told to make partial payments and then after 3 months of the 'trial payments', the "official" modify would take effect ( this is for a second mortgage) no paperwork would be sent, of course. Long story short- I was then told, after the trial period, we needed to come current in order to do an "extension" - once that was done, guess what? Our modification was DENIED, we were kicked out of the "system" and labeld as "TERMS NOT MET" ???!!!and of course we cannot qualify now for a modification with them ever again ( as I was politely told) - we are only able to do one request PERIOD- But they were REALLY sorry for all of this misinformation that was given out- yeah, that's real comforting, I will use that when I'm living in the street somewhere. It's a good thing we bailed them out and they were given $$$ incentives to "help" stuggling Americans. Thanks for all of your "HELP" CITIBANK. Get bent.
P.O. and soon to be homeless in Chicago.

I was horrified to read these complaints as we've gone through the same thing with citimortgage! We started asking for a home loan modification in July 2010. We did the paperwork online, sent paperwork, faxed paperwork and they always seemed to have lost it! We paid for overnight shipping on three seperate occasions and they'd tell me to call in the following week to see if paperwork was received. Same answer, we didn't receive it or "if" they received it, we needed updated banking statements. We'd get phone calls from Citimortgage and when you'd say hello, they'd hang up. I've already gotten a phone call from them in and again, no one was on the line, AND next thing you know, I'd get an email from someone in lost mitigation stating, "as per our conversation" when I NEVER EVEN HAD A CONVERSATION with them. Finanally, in January 2011 I received a letter saying, "as you know, your home is in foreclosure! Holy cow! Was this a shock as we were making EVERY attempt to make over 1/2 the required payment showing we were making an effort to keep our home. Then, on one dreadful Monday early evening, our doorbell rang...It was a Sherriff! He gave us paperwork from Citi's lawyer stating our home was in foreclosure and we had to go to court and blah blah blah...talk about having your life flash in front of your eyes!

My husband and I built our home 15 yrs. ago and I was not about to let them take it from us when we made EVERY possible effort to resolve this. None of those idiots at Citimortgage have a clue what their job is! All you get is a runaround...

I'm sorry to say my husband and I are now dealing with the exact same issue with Citi. We applied and were approved for a loan mod last Sept. We met all of the terms and were told that once we completed our probationary period in Jan. 2010 (which we did) our new loan payment would be finalized. After 3 months of getting NO answers from them as to WHEN things would be finalized we have now been told we have to reapply for a loan modification. All the customer svc rep could tell us was "sorry...I don't know why your account was never finalized". NICE Two days later we received a letter from Citi's attorney stating that foreclosure proceedings have begun and we have 100 days to get something worked out with Citi or pay our complete past due balance or we'll lose our house.

I'm incredibly frustrated as we did everything they told us to do and now we're being punished.

Chase clients complaining about  Chase:

We have been going thru the modification process for 3 years now ... constantly filling out and sending in papers every 45 days ...... always gettin someone new who dont know anything .... just constantly repeating that its in the process .... told us we had to pay forclosure fees of almost $4,000 before we could continue with the modification and was told we would be approved based on continued payments which we did never being late , to only be denied once again ... and having to start over from scratch .........

its the same ole story time and time again ..... fill out papers , wait , call every week to hear the same thing .. to only be denied and told to fill it all out again ......... y do this to people who want to keep there homes .......... When we started this we were only 2 months behind ,,,,, now we are 30 months behind ,,, due to us always being told we cant send any payments while in the process of the modification .... always being told not to worry , they will redu everything and we have nothing to worry about ... they see no reason y we wouldnt be approved ............ yet to be denied over and over again . speaking to a different person over and over again ....

We struggled with Chase for about two years as well. Once they told us we could not get a modification because we were current on the mortgage. They said if we were two months off our chances would be better. When we got to that point they were so happy to try to foreclose on us. My wife lost her job and I had to move across the country to keep mine, so we rented the house. They told us we no longer qualify because we were no longer in the house. While we were struggling to get current, they were there everyday harassing the tenant with foreclosure threats. They once told me I did not qualify as I did not make enough money. Do not mention the faxes and the calls,it was a weekly thing for us. Finally they said you do not qualify. A few weeks later they sent me another set of forms and said I should apply again. I think I am better of trying the lottery.

All of these comments sound just like our situation. Has anyone found a good phone number or an email address to anyone that will help. Surely somewhere in their massive sized company there is a true Christian that wouldn't allow this to happen or could point us in the right direction. Where have we all gone wrong in what we are doing?

PLEASE CHASE PAY ATTENTION TO US. YOU GOT THIS BIG BECAUSE OF US. PLEASE GIVE BACK BY TAKING CARE OF US.

Try paying your stinking bills. It's their problem you can't pay your bills. Want to live in the house they paid for free. Probably don't want to pay for your car either. See how long you have that car after you don't make the payments on that.

Try paying your stinking bills or get out of their house. They gave you the money to buy it. It is their house. Don't make your car payment and see how long you drive the car.

I agree with all the comments above. I applied for a mod in Jan 2010, all they asked for was a budget info and hardship letter. In June 2010, I received a declination letter stating I did not keep the workout plan obligation. I never received a letter stating what the workout plan was. Nothing, I called Chase and they only said you can resubmit for another mod. I asked again what was the workout plan that I didn't keep, They couldn't answer. So I said send me the paper work for another mod request. I completed the paper work in July 10, August they asked for the same in fo, Sep the same info and on Nov 9, 2010, they declined it again stating I didn't send the bank statments for my additional income. I send the info in July, Aug, and Sep. They just lie, lie and lie and no one gives the same info. Now it's Nov 2010, they sent another mod request. I decided to go to NACA.com for their support and assistance. You can't win with them, no matter how hard you try and meet their requests, they don't want you to win, Chase wants the homeowner to give up, so they can use that leverage against you. All homeowners, do not give up. We are conquerers.

I recommend attending one of their Home Affordable meetings. I met with a representative about an hour away from my home in July. Everything went smooth as I did all my faxing to her direct number, I was given her email address and she always emailed me back the same day and although I was not approved for the Making Homes Affordable modification I was approved for an in-house, with the same terms. I received a fed ex package with final modification last week, sent it back with their pre paid fex ex package and was told they are reviewing my paperwork to make sure everything was signed correctly and we should hear within the week. My experience has truly been a wonderful one....thank you "C" for understanding my situation and moving the process along.

Is it true that the government gives banks 80% of the loan they hold if someone walks away from the house? If that's the case, they get 80% and then sell the house for 50% and still make a lot of money. The government should just give troubled homeowners 20% of their loan.

Anyway, Chase sucks big time. I've talked to someone in India I think and then transferred over somewhere else. They don't want to help.

I See I'm not the only person whom has had a problem with Chase and their Loan Modification department. They participate with the making homes affordable program. Yeah right!! I am a single mom of two,had an unexpected Brain tumor was in a coma 20% chance to live pulled thru was out of work a year and a half, per my Neuorologist would have been longer but I kept on an on till he let me go back to work 2 days a week. Was hard I did It though cause while I was out received a letter for foreclosure. I applied for the loan modification. More documents, then more, then would have to fill out new paperwork 2 months later because the relationship manager that I was given was nolonger there. That happened to me 5 times. Then they denied me after over a year process. Ended up having to file Ch.7 to get rid of my 300,ooo dollar medical debt, leaving only my chase mortgage besides normal bills, electric, groceries, car ins,phone,etc.. Then after filling paperwork after paperwork, letters from attorney, doctors,my employeer,etc.. Another year and half goes by and bam they denied me again.. Never did give me a trial payment or anything to see that I could make the payment. I don't understand what the deal is.. They string it out so a person gets further and futher behind, they don't even give a person a chance to prove they can pay. Granted I got behind due to an unexpected tumor that I sure didn't ask for. But before my unexpected hardship setback, I faithfully for 5 years made a 1296 dollar monthly payment to them.So what are they doing with the states money exactly. Maybe I interpretted the making homes affordable loan program wrong or something.

I was laid off my job back in 2010, after falling 3 pmts short I called Chase to see if I could add my late pmts to the end of my note, now employed again with a better job.Chase said no an told me best option was to modify my loan, sounded great, hoping to modify my mortgage under HAMP, We were told by Geoff at chase bank to stop making any pmts until we are approved for modification. Only to be approved, make all my trial pmts then told they never received our final agreement signed. Absolutely absurd!!! We told them to send us the paper if they lost it an we would resign it an fax it over but no they said we have to reapply once again for modification an Geoff was taken off our case bc he never kept record of our calls, now we keep getting denied over an over again bc of #1. A final agreement chase says we opt out of LIE!! #2. Our income didn't change. An other gibberish lies, we have been fighting Chase for two years. Plus while we thought we were in a modification Chase had us in foreclosure!! We've been served papers, we've fought sheriff's sale dates all while in modification!
Jp Morgan's Chase unit drove us deeper into debt by prolonging the modification process through "gross ineptitude," adding fees to my loan already in default and starting foreclosure while my modification was being negotiated. This whole thing has been a futile modification process that Chase had no real intention of honoring!!! Papers being lost or according to chase "never received" It's foreclosure abuse, lender abuse!! An I will not lose my home when I can make monthly pmts an I never wanted a foreclosure. How did 3 months behind get me to 2 years behind bc of Chase banks "modification" its not fair

In september of 2013 we were served with forclosure papers from Chase. We could not come up with the money they were saying we were behind. so we just decided to let them have the house. We had also filed bankruptcy in 2004 and there was not an agreement signed for us to keep our home. We wanted to keep the home but If we had to leave Chase could not come after us for the debt.

We were getting ready to move and we recieved a packet about the chance of getting help to keep our home. Great! Not so much now. We have been in the home since sept and chase has given us nothing but issues with this loan modification. we send in the paper work they need and they say we are gonna get approved for the modification but the want to set a "Forbarance" this is so they get some of the attorney fees back for the forclosure. I accept that no problems. We send in the money and I call Chase and they tell me that they are sending the checks back. I dont get it and they tell me that the "Forbarance" has been removed. I have had the worst time just trying to get answers for this, I call back and the representative tells me that we have to re apply for the modification. Chase and its customer service is so horrible.

If you are behind Keep paying..... pay every single month. I don't understand why people stop paying & let it get so far behind there is no help. just because you sign up for something does not meany ou are safe.
Say your mortgage is 1500.00 & they "modify" on a trial basis for 6 months to 988.00 then deny you, you will them be responsible for paying back the reduced amount of 512x6 mos = 3072 or more depending on what you pay now & what ypur modification is yuck.
Keep Paying every month.

Wells Fargo clients complaining about Wells Fargo:

In the history of our country there have been many scams but to be able to include taxpayer money and get governmental backing, that truly sets these scumbags apart from the rest. I started on a loan modification process in March 2009 after the company I worked at for 20 years sold and I was offered a job with the new company for 40% less (but not told until the day of ownership change-despite repeated questions about) so I
called Wells to see about the loan modification process and after 2 mo. of sending faxes repeatedlty they said
I would start in July 2009 and told me not to pay June's payment as it would only "mess up" figures. I paid all 3 trial payments and contacted Wells before my third was due to see what new payment would be. They said keep paying trial amount until you get a final package. I lost my job at the end of November 2009 and called Wells the next day to tell them .A week later I recieved their final packet. Unemloyment was much lower than what I was making, they said there's nothing we can do except re-start from srcatch or take new payment
that was almost $ 100.00 a mo. more than trial period. I was shocked and aangry and called Wells on Dec. 10th
of 2009 and told them when reading the packet that there were discepancies in figures I wanted an explanation for-including a fully stocked escrow that was now saying it was almost $ 3, 000.00 short with a plan to add it back into my mortgage-also there was the small thing of WHERE DID MY TRIAL PAYMENTS GET APPLIED and WHY IS MY PRINCIPAL OVER $ 1, 300.00 HIGHER THAN 2 MO. BEFORE. I have spent an average
of 3hrs. per day on the phone for the last two weeks in trying to get an explanation of what happened to no avail with excuse after excuse. Finally I pulled every document I have from Wells and made a spreadsheet which I have repeatedly asked them to go over with me to get to the bottom of and correct. I actually did all the work for them and still they don't want to discuss-hey I'm only the homeowner/customer. They also will not give me a corporate phone number to complain/resolve and told me I don't have the right to that.
WELLS FARGO AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE SOULESS DOGS-I HOPE YOU GAG ON YOUR CAVIAR>
Have a great Holidays to everyone out there and hold on because every dog has his day and these scums will
take their place along the biggest scums in history when all facts finally boil over their protective lid.

Wells Fargo clients complaining about Wells Fargo:

Wells Fargo Home Mortgage is a horrible company to deal with for a loan modification. They not only have been stalling me, but kept insisting to a Loan modificaton company representing me that I had requested a short sale and supposedly that was holding up my loan modification. They were working on my loan modification, short sale and foreclosure all at the same time. I received a contract in via a UPS letter in my door with five days to return it with a contribution fee. When I spoke with my rep at the loan modification company, she told me that there was no "contribution" needed and to return the contract because it was such a wonderful deal. Then, after I signed the contract, which by the way, was not a very wonderful deal, I'm still looking for some K-Y Jelly or Vaseline to ease the pain of being bent over, I get an e-mail from the loan mod rep who said that the "contribution" is required, but that that was not a part of the negotiation that was reached, but is needed for legal fees that cannot be added to to the back of the loan. Now, my 218, 000 balance is now 242, 000 owed and I have to pay their legal fees after I have had to pay out 3, 000 to fight to get a loan modification, which since I sent the contract back without the "contribution" is most likely null and void. What are we supposed to do when they do this sort of thing? Wells Fargo Bank took Federal Bail out money, my money, your money, and they are treating their customers like this. THey gave me 5 days to get that contract and "contribution" back to them, so it was not like I had a lot of time to think about anything, yet they get months to stall and require documents faxed again and again and yet again. I almost want to be out of this mess, but, I have to let the game play out.

I have been trying to get loan modification help for over a year...I have sent them COUNTLESS documents...including proof of income, profit loss statements, hardship letters, tax returns and financial worksheets. All they do is stall...every 30days now they call me and ask for the SAME DOCUMENTS!!! Now they are asking for proof that I had a roomate for 3 mos!!! I have never been late on paying this mortgage...but now I am out of money and cannot...all they want to do is stall until I become deliquent. And to day I complained of the cost of all this faxing and I was told that I could goto any wells fargo bank and have them fax it for me..."didnt anyone ever tell you that??" she asked?? well NO THEY DID NOT!!! this is the worst and most unhelpful company on the planet.
And I read today in the new york times that people with mortgages with CHASE JP MORGAN have gotten trial loan modifications without all the documentation...there just are no more hours left in my day to continue to gather docs and fax them to NO AVAIL.
horrible company...

I'm sorry to hear that you lost your house.  QLS is a scam so I suggest that you sue them even when the name has changed to attempt to get your money back.  They are not even registered with SOS.  As for your house that you lost, if you can show any proof you were in the process of a loan mod like a letter from the lender stating that you are going this route, speak to a foreclosure attorney to see if they can reverse the NTS because by law when you are in a loan mod., the lender can not make an attempt to sell your house.  Be mindful, I am in no way an attorney but have been in a lot of interaction with attorneys and consultants where my family and friends were and still are in foreclosure.  Many blessings.

My wife and I had been working with this company since Jan 2013.  They will tell you they never received the documents.  They'll say things like you forgot to mark the address with the 8th floor or the fax never got to us.  They don't tell you these things until much later when you ask for updates.
We received a letter that our house was going up for auction and QLS told us they would take care of it by stopping the auction.  Well it didn't happen and the house went to auction last week and sold.  My wife and I are trying to get the sale overturned now.  This has been a nightmare.
I called QLS and nobody would return my calls.  After I called the office for two days I sent them an email telling them I have been trying to get someone to return my call so we could work on a refinance for my 2nd mortgage.  They called me back 1 hour later.  I let Mrs Jackie know I have contacted the authorities and they are investigation the company.  I also let her know when I'm done she have a new home in a prison cell.

We had a terrible experience trying to get our  loan modification approved  through Bank of America, thankfully Bank of America finally got us approved.
Did anyone also have similar  experience dealing with Bank of America on getting their loan modification?

If you have been and/or are still a client of Quick Legal Solutions (former name now) and they have not entered into the stage of negotiations with your bank for a loan modification or even actually they did nothing for you and/or waiting for something to happen AND you have a NTS (notice of trustee sale).  Hire a foreclosure attorney that can help you FAST to stop the NTS!  Request for your money back from Quick Legal Solutions.  By law, they are in violation of Senate Bill 94 (which means a company can not request for upfront fees when doing a loan modification.  If you are an attorney you request for fees upfront but even with that, the monies will need to be in a trust account and the loan mod should be completed before they get paid) and also a violation of MARS.  They have recently changed their name this month, Sep2013, to another which I can not find but their office is located in 255 West 36th Street, Suite 800, New York, NY 10018.  So look up the address, sue each person that you connected with on the loan and the attorney that is attached to that office because, apparently, several other companies office is located there.  I share this with you because I was a victim and sued them and got my monies back, so I am paying it forward.  Homeowners are being taken advantage of and it pains me to see a lot of homeowners lost their homes because of companies like this.  I have not heard of a successful story online regarding this company so take that with a grain of salt.

Tracy, you probably work for Quick Legal Solutions putting a stupid comment up like that. That is b***s*** that you spoke with anyone, there is no website anymore, the page has been shut down, and every phone number they have has been disconnected. The Secretary of State of New York doesn't even have a company by the name of Quick Legal Solutions registered in their. When their Web page was working, not one attorney had a profile about himself, VERY UNUSUAL. All attorneys list their profile. This is a SCAM!!!!

After reading all these comments I decided to contact our processor handling our file, to find out what was going on with these comments.  They told me that  a disgruntled ex-employee was causing trouble for the company, going online and posting false allegations about the company.    I was very concerned because we had a sale date a few weeks ago that was postponed, thank God and as it turns out they are at the final stage of getting our modification approved.   I?m glad I called them to find out what was going on.   My processor said not to always believe everything that?s posted online, when in doubt contact them directly, which is what I did.

Thought this company was legit. I am now having second thoughts. I've heard of Lee Brown (supposedly in another dept. now), Brett Kelley (left the company to return to school), Eric May, Yolanda Garcia and Alex Maldonado. I do know of one person who went through a loan modification with this company and has completed the steps. I am just a little weary now seeing all these comments. We are at the negotiation stage and the communication is really lacking at this stage.

Did anyone get a call from someone claiming to be Lee Brown from Quick Legal Solutions from a strange phone number recently? She said that she no longer worked for QLS, that they are a scam, and I should get my money back. I got really nervous so I called QLS to find out what was going on. I spoke to Yolanda Garcia and she said that it wasn't even her that wrote the comment about QLS being a scammed. I am not sure if Lee is just some crazy ex-employee or what. Its just weird that someone else said QLS is a scam and Lee Brown is the only one who helped them on the same day and then getting the call and everything. I tried working with the bank for so long and haven't gotten anywhere. Please tell me if anyone else has had this happen so I know what to think.

WE got taken for a total of $8;300. from two legal scams that may be connected. The first was LTLee law firm out of Utah that we paid $4'300 to help us with a Chase modification. They never did anything but take our money and now are threatening to put a lean on our property because we closed our account so they could not take anymore. As soon as we stopped paying them, we were called by a Brad Baily from Quick Legal Solutions. He knew about the other scam and promised he would get our modification done and then the lawyers would help us prosecute WTLee Law. Guess what! I have talked to them almost every day for 3 months and assured the modification was going thru, NO Problem. Day before yesterday we got a foreclosure sale date of July 3, 2013 (5) days. I had paid them $3,000. so far. Yesterday I tried to call them  NOBODY WORKS THERE ANYMORE! They just took another $1000 today. I better get to the bank.
