Called them back and womans voice said that it was an Humana number that was no longer in service but to call the number on the back of your Humana card.

I HAVE MY INSURANCE THRU HUMANA AND THEY DON'T NEED TO EVER ASK YOU FOR YOUR PERSONAL INFO.  THEY HAVE IT ALL ALREADY.  JUST TELL THEM YOU DON'T GIVE THAT INFO OVER THE PHONE, SEND YOU SIGNED LETTER BY THE DEPARTMENT HEAD.

Have been getting calls from 888-912-7925 for quite some time now, nearly every other day. I don't answer them and caller leaves no messages.

LIke the other call-takers, I received a phone call from "toll free call" (888=912-7925) early last evening.  The caller didn't leave a message, and I didn't call back.  I do have a a relationship with Humana, but I don't appreciate this kind of telephone call.

I have been getting calls constantly for three weeks from this number.  I decided to call it back today and try and get to the bottom of what was going on and I got the following message:  Thank you for calling Humana but this number is no longer active.  If you wish to reach us please call the number on the back of your card.  If this is Humana why are they using a number that is not active?  Also, I have my privacy settings with Humana to only receive e-mails so I am suspicious that this is actually a legit call.

Just got a call from this number...tried to call it back immediately here's what I got " thank you for calling Humana, The number you called is not a valid working number..If you need assistance please hang up and dial the number on the back of your member card. Thank and have a good day"....click.

Roy is right on what should be done. The number registered to India and is probably used by different companies out of this call center depending on who requests their services and once the calls are completed the number is available for another companies use (through the call center). Where the call is actually initiated from is only known if you actually talk to someone. A complainant on another site checked with the company whose name was actually stated the next day by calling the company direct and found the call was actually made by that company in the USA (Humana, she said). She did not continue the call because questions that were asked did not sound right, the call was probably from India with a poorly written script.

Never answer an unknown call is the only safe practice so far.

Had a call from this number last night and the person said it was Humana but the question she asked was really just out there and I did not believe it.   When I tried to call back to see who they answered the answering machine said "Thank you for calling.  Please call back during our regular business hours 8:30a.m. and 5:30 p.m.  The initial call that I received was at 6:15p.m. and this made me even more suspicious.  So, this morning I called Humana and they said yes, one of their call stations did call me last night.  I was relieved to find that it was a legitimate call, but Humana needs some lessons on how to collect information from their members and when and when not to call.

They offer VOIP services, including sharing of 800 numbers...this means that anyone may pay them a fee and they will allow this number to be shared by a community of companies, etc.. Could be a telemarketer, bill collector, your long lost rich uncle, etc..

Called three times in succession all within 30 seconds, called back, but got an answering machine. They give their office hours on their answering machine in Mountain Time...

they called and I didn't get to phone in time. so dailed last call *69 to return call! The voice mail said that office was closed and I called them back almost immediately.

Same ole message, Our Offices are currently closed...however the call obviously is made during their business hours or I should say by their machines....I never answer and one day the phone companies may smarten up and gives us the advantage of Blocking a call by dialing 123 and enter the phone number that is calling unwanted, unsolicited, advertising bs....I am sure the Management, CEO's. Presidents, VP's do not get these unwanted calls....I bet if Bill Gates got them, no Computer for them at Christmas.

Whoever these Advertisement calls come from, they are Chicken S-enter your word for them cowards.

Just missed call @ 9:43am, Thursday 12/22, no message left.... I tried immediately to call back just now 9:45am, automated message says "We are Closed Now, Business Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Mountain Standard Time"...... I AM in MST, so why did they just call if they are supposidly closed, right? Mystery that no company name stated. Must be a creditor!  lol
