One Main is one the worst, characters in the present USA for getting a small loan with and it escalating into a humungous large bill. We too, fell victim to One Main and they tried to trick us into lower our payments and then later adding a huge fee for that priviledge, but I did a bit of calculating and it would had been one the worse moves of our lives. Ex: a $356 monthlly  note would end up costing us $305 a month, now that maybe OK for some, but in the long run that $50 so call savings would had put us in debt another 84 MONTHS, and we would be paying back $25,620.00 FREAKING DOLLARS!!!!!!  You got me once......shame on me........get me twice!!! I-DON'T-THINK-SO!!!!!

You don't have to have an account with them. It's possible someone you know that hasn't been able to pay their bill and they are looking for that person, and you maybe a contact person and they will harrass you just as well.

This number calls here everyday. We are a public school district and should not be called by loan creditors.

My word, I can not count how many times these people have called here at work for an  employee that no longer works here. What can one do to get it through their skull that he does not work here any more?

I made arrangemets for my last bill with One Main. I never expected to get 6 consecutive calls from the number 888-931-2340., which has been idenfied as a number belonging to them. I have never really had any problems, yet I do know that their rates are out of this world and if you pay them off it is best not to ever take another loan with them again. It seems that they are really using some bullish tactics lately which I feel is coming from the heavyweights at the top, whom I perceive  as the  "establishment" that conitinues to bleed its customers dry to feed their own greed in the form of lavish vacations, bonuses,  and other benefits. I have no problems taking ownership and responsibility for my bills made in good faith. However, like millions of others, with the sluggish ecomony, unemployment rates and the list that goes on and on, I find myself at times having to decided on which bill to pay on time and which one may be late. I try to call when this happens and make arrangements. Calling a person x6 is not going to make the monry for the bill appear. It sits on the fense of harrassment.

We constantly receive calls from One Main formerly CitiFinancial, and yes they were real nice people THEN, but since then as I have found out, they are worse than jerks!! You pay them what you can, you make arrangements and they have the audasity to charge you for making a change, that's ridiculous!!! I allowed my car to be used as collateral for a small loan [or at least we thought it was] when we got the contract in the mail I am shocked as to how much finance charges they attached to the loan of less than $6,000 and it turned out to be approx. $8100 they paid this amount off and my husband went and got $1500 a year later, now we have 5 years to pay $15796.00 this is a ripoff !!! DO NOT EVER borrow any money from these people, now we are to trying to make some kind of arrangement to pay these characters off. Social Security & Pensions income only allows you to do so much. Take my advice...STAY AWAY FROM ONE MAIN!

They call me over 10 times per day. I have a call blocker on my main cell phone, which then I have the VM as a forward to my second cell phone which I have on a forward to the main one. So basically OneMain is on a continuous forward loop and can no longer break through to my VM. Which a woman over there was doing. She was able to bypass my blocker and leave messages. If she got a hold of me and I said wrong number she harassed me and questioned me like she was the police. These people are relentless, even when you pay or make payment arrangements. Never get a loan through them. When they were CitiFinancial they were decent, but when they changed over to OneMain they became complete jerks.

I have a new mobile number.  This phone # just never gives up!  For 2 weeks now, I get calls from 8am to 8pm, since I don't pick up, I get my voicemail box full of automated messages.  Does anyone know what to do about this?  I can't block the number.

Do not EVER borrow money from OneMain Financial.  Tell your friends, tell your loved ones.  I would rather borrow money from a loan shark than ever deal with these people again.

I have no idea who these people are, I do not nor have I ever had, an account with them. If (big if) they answer when I pick up, they ask for names I have never heard of. They call all the time, driving me nuts. I have reported them to the Do Not Call registry, but they are still calling. This morning I answered the phone, and there was just someone coughing loudly, who then hung up. Very insulting. If they keep this up I will change phone numbers, because this is irrational. They also like to leave voice messages telling me to call them. I call and no one answers.

One Main Financial. 19 times in one day they called... 19 times in my 13 hour work day, they should be embarrassed. As soon as I was by my phone I answered their call (number 19, I saved the bill to complain to them) and it was a mistake they applied payment to the wrong account.

THey called me at 8:05 this morning and again at 3:05pm. My payment is due on the 20th and I scheduled it on the 21st on thier website. These people are relentless, I'm ready to block them myself. I've made payments on thier website and still get called. When you tell them you made it on the website a week ago they still want you to make a payment with them... I'll pay these yoyos off eventually and there will NEVER be another dime borrowed from them.
