I keep getting phone calls from that number.

i got a call from "joe riley" sounded like a woman...telling me i must pay off a bad check or i was going to be served a summons for court on felony charges....i was informed by one of my co-workers to contact the attorney general, i am also file a lawsuit against these criminals....DO NOT PAY THEM!!!  its a scare tactic....i searched public records and court filings, they have never taken anyone to court!! have you seen their website? www.ncasinc.com...provided by godaddy.com.....its some b.s........

i spoke to this person named steven and said he works for norstar payday loan, he then said that it is first federal bank that is collecting the money since they are the ones that loaned me the money...and for some weird reason..he also said that i owe $580.00......he informed me that they are soon going to send a processed server to serve me papers to go to court for this loan and that it is better for me to settle it right now so i can take advantage of the payment settlement that they have to offer...i was told that they will be sending me a letter to confirm the payment arrangement but it has been 2 weeks and i have not received anything in the mail..i am about to call them tomorrow and tell them that if i dont receive any letter validating the debt...i will not authorize any payments...

I got the same call, saying I owe 580.00, caller name was Chistshper Huss

Number called mentioning about some signed affidavit
