after their work...i was so impressed.... they really have good technicians....

If you do and then you don't buy their high pressure sales pitch for services, they will change the settings on your computer and screw up everything they can. If they called claiming they have been receiving reports that your computer has a virus or malware, then yes, they are a scam. If they claim they are windows tech support or somehow associated with or endorsed by Microsoft yes they are a scam. Basicly, if they called you and you never heard of them before, yes they are a scam.
