I just got the same exact letter signed by Marie Carr with the phone number 855 666 9979. I knew it had to a fraud.  First it is to good to be true...you never get nothing for nothing... Also, there is not even an address or a website on the letter.  Every company has a website address these days.

We just got one of these phoney letters from National Association of Travelers...
"2 round trip airline tickets anywhere in the continental U.S. from any major international airport. The retail value of this award is up to $1,450.00. Certain restrictions apply.
We have attempted contacting you several times without success. This is our last attempt. If we do not hear from you soon, we may need to issue the ticket vouchers to the alternate.
Please call me today at 1-855-666-9979.
Regards, Marie Carr
Customer Relations Manager"

We also received a letter for 2 tickets.  It was on "US Airlines" letterhead which caught my attention.  I thought shouldn't that read "US Airways"?  For the heck of it I decided to verify their Platinum Membership they claim to have with "Sustainable Corporations of America" (logo is listed at the bottom of the letter).  It appears there's no such company ... go figure.  The only reference was this discussion here.  Our letter was also signed by "Margaret Burns - Customer Relations Manager".  The phone number listed was 1-844-821-8186 . Looks like a scam to me.  It bugs me how they can get away with this nonsense.

Received letter today from National Association of Travelers asking me to call 844-824-4461. I am always suspicious of these award qualifications for travel anywhere in the continental U.S. from any major airport. Retail value up to $1,450.00. Thank you all for the postings about this 'scam'. I did NOT call; there is no cross-reference number. Letter is 'signed' by Margaret Burns, Customer Relations Manager. Logos at bottom from "COMPAIR-Explore-Dream-Discover", "Sustainable Corporations of America" and "National Association of Travelers".

Tammy is on a rampage. She is sending letter after letter saying she is an agent of US Airlines and that i have two complimentary tickets. I am calling right away so i can dodge another SCAM!!!!  N.A.T. 54-89574 et seq is NOT a Regulation or Statute. The 1-877-650-3990 is a bunch of bunk!

I too, got a letter with the same information noted above by the others.  Tammy Stewart signed off on Travel Claim No: 127-726-738.  The # to call before March 3, 2014 is 1-877-650-3990.  I too suspected it was a fraud, since there was no address noted on the letterhead of their agency to write to.

Hope no one falls for this scam.

Travel Claim No. 127-458-709
National Association of Travelers signed by Tammy Stewart, Customer Relations Manager
Curious to find out what this was all about and for entertainment purposes I called to hear the crap they were selling and I was never planning to buy, made an appoint to meet at 10155 East Via Linda Drive, Suite D-124 Scottsdale AZ.  They offered a 2nd give (hotel stay) if we called to confirm the appt, (we did) nice now 2 gifts (flight & hotel). We were to arrive 15 min before the hour of our appt (4:00PM).  We got there 2 mins late, so they said we had to reschedule, and if we did, we would get a 3rd present (cruise). Unfortunately, there were a lot  of people there and sad to find out later what they would lose for believing  US Airlines would give away so much in prizes.

2 free tickets award...yah right...bet you dollars to donuts, you have to go visit a hotel, motel, golf resort somewhere sort of close by to where you live first...like Sedona AZ etc...and listen to a Time Share presentation before you get any tickets to paradise...if at all.

Time Share marketing phone calls have also increase lately...

Got the same letter from our mutual friend Tammy Stewart.  Her ink jet printer must have been low on ink.  I guess not enough fish are biting so she can get the cartridges refilled at Costco.  I do have a $2.00 off coupon but she must use it by 2/26 or she will be in default.

We also received a letter in the mail from the National Association of Travelers Claims Department (final Notice), pursuant to N.A.T. 54-89574 et seq. and were to call 1-877-705-1558 to be awarded 2 complimentary airline tickets (US Airlines)  to anywhere in the continental US to a major international airport.  It was signed by Tammy Stewart Customer Relations Manager.  I could not find any information about "National Association of Travelers" so quite sure it is a scam.

Got a similar message threatening me that I would be in "default" if I didn't take advantage of this wonderful opportunity. I tossed the first, second and third notice, so I guess I'm in "default". Oh well!
The number I had to call was 1-877-705-1558, customer relations manager's name Tammy Stewart.
Just a FYI for you folks, anytime I get a letter without a return address, or a non ID on an envelope, you can be pretty sure it's not Kosher.
Just in case someone wants to use my claim number to take advantage of this scam, it is: N.A.T.54-89574 st seq.

I received a letter saying that if I called 877-542-8408 I would receive a certificate for 2 round trip airline tickets to anywhere in the continental US from any major international US airport.. {CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS MAY APPLY} Restrictions were if I paid all taxes on this trip I could fly.  Taxes were $2,000.00  I declined as I could fly first class for that fee and could even have free drinks.

I got a similar letter saying I was being "awarded" two free tickets.  I had to call 1-888-941-5620 to claim the tickets,  A lady told me if I went with my husband to a travel agency (about an hours drive away), took a tour of their location,  I could then pick up the tickets.  Sounded very fishy, and I told her I was separated from my husband and wouldn't go anywhere with him.  She said, no worries, and transferred me to another person who wanted to send me to a vacation in Florida.  I told her I wasn't interested and she rudely said," then I can't help you and hung up".  It was all very weird and I am sure if I had stayed on the phone I would have had to PAY for the "award".  The whole deal reeks of SCAM! Whoever uses this phone number is not an ethical business.  BEWARE!

Got a letter in the mail from "National Association of Travelers" about a legal claim which would award me two complementary airline tickets. I was required to call this number by Nov 27 or I would be "considered in default and further action will be taken." I Googled and no such organization is listed.  Looks like they have branched in a new direction. "Heidi Bell" signed as Vice President

Back in 2011 when I first starting working at my new job, I get a call from Data Click stating that they are working in conjunction with Google and would like to update our  listings. I told them that at this time I had no record of an account with them so no I will not be updating our records.  A few weeks later they called again wanting  to confirm our address and such. Which I did but again stated to them that I have no record on file of our company using them in the past for any marketing. She said that they provided us with a free listing and it is time to renew our listing. I told her (Gloria) I will have to confrim this with my boss and call her back. She would not leave me a phone number and insisted that she call me back the following week. Not even a week later I received an invoice in the mail for $627.19. I brought it  to my bosses attention right away and explained to him what had happened. He said no we are not paying for this. Monthly went by and they kept sending us faxes and phone call harrassing us for payment threating to take us to collections. So we paid to stupid thing in hopes that it would stop the harrassment and any collections that would be put under our name. Not even a year later we get another phone call to renew again. And I lost it on the lady. We will not be renewing and we will not be paying for any further services. She then said to me that I signed into a 2 year contract with them. I said no i did not. and got very upset with the lady. She threated to go to collections which i stated go right ahead. I called into the BC Marketing Scam and the local authoritizes and explained what was going. We just got another invoice from them today stating that we still owe them money. I don't think so!! I will be reporting them again. This is a huge scam. They never had our authorization. They will harrass you all day everyday. Please if you get a call from DATA CLICK. Hang up!!!

Debt Collector
I got a call from CMPages right after we got our new business number. They stated that they are updating our listing. I asked for Yellow Pages? They said yes.
Next thing, I get a bill for $550. and them telling me they have a voice recording agreeing to the services.
Now i'm also getting phone calls from Jason Vengroff from 416 425 8177. He states he is with
East Coast Debt Recovery - this is a private residential number for him when I reverse the number.
East Coast Debt Recovery is a registered business as of April 2013, but is NOT a licensed debt collector.
When I confronted Jason about that- this guy has no conscience, he shrugs it off, and just continues to over talk me.

Check out Consumer Protection Act.  There is alot of information, on getting rid of these guys.

If they say they are providing you with a service, then they must send you a written agreement of this, and a invoice is not it.  What this is a remote agreement or contract.
