This number calls our office every 1/2 hour for days now.  No one responds from the other end.  It hangs up about 1/2 way thru our answering machine message.  I just called the number, it answers as "At&t Solutions".  They want to sell me uverse.  I have told them NO several times.  I have told them NOT to call me again and remove our number from their list...they still call.

Obviously AT&T thinks they are above the law right along with all the other large corporations getting away with raping the general public!  I am reporting them to the FCC when I'm done here.

We were having the same problem as others are stating, many calls with hang ups. We decided to call the number back and it was an AT&T promotional #. Asked to take off their calling list and was told that they have multiple calling sites and would only remove from the one they were calling from.

I have been receiving two or three calls per day at my office from this phone number also. I answer but there isn't anyone on the other end so I hang up. The same thing happens a couple of hours later. This is extremely annoying and I wish it would stop!!

This number is completely ridiculous. Whatever company this is you are terrible. My office gets a call from this number with no one on the line, not even an automated operator. We receive on the minimum six phone calls per day.

This number calls my office at least twice a day. I answer but I never hear anyone talk back so I hang up. A few hours later it calls back and again they don't say anything. It's been happening for at least two weeks now, every day.

This is an AT & T contractor. First, they have absolutely no clue who you are other than you have an AT& T phone/internet line. If you ask if they can provide your account number they are clueless. Not only that, we upgraded our internet/phone service through AT & T Business Service 4 months ago and we still receive 4-5 calls per day from a contractor saying they are with AT & T.

I've been getting about 4 calls a day from this number. I told them to stop calling. She argued with me, said she works for ATT, wants to lower our bill, etc. She doesn't even know the name of our account holder.... I just keep hanging up, and they just keep on calling. Idiots. I hope they all get the runs and have messy bathroom experiences, and run out of toilet paper.... and then explode in a violent eruption of dookie.

Its a solutions provider for AT&T. I use to work for AT&T billing department.  AT&T does hire companies to handle certain departments for AT&T( e.i upgrades, sales, new service, etc.) Now signia is one of many companies hired by AT&T. For example for those who don't get it. AT&T has there logo on iphones, but doesn't own iphone nor apple. They are contracted to sell iphones. Same with these companies,AT&T doesn't own these companies they just contract them to handle the "grunt" work

Got a call form this number to upgrade to UVERSE ATT. Said they were from At & T. Said they could get me 12 meg Speeds. Kept my Sceretary on the phone for 15 minutes.  We already have ATT UVERSE at 18 meg speed.... (for over a year now).  she said there service would be $165 per month, but I pay ATT $79 per month now for UVerse 18 meg.

I called the number back, it only plays music for 2 minutes, then hangs up....

I experienced the same problems at the small business where I work. Numerous calls per day with no one on the other end. I called the number back, spoke with someone, and they passed the call to their supervisor, Terrence. He put our number on the do no call list, and said if it happened again, please call back, because it could be a computer error, and IT would need to fix it. It happened again within one hour, so I called him back. I asked the person who answered (who was different from the person I had previously spoken with) to speak with Terrence. Terrence apologized and said he would put in a request with IT to have it fixed. He was very polite, but just to be sure, I called AT&T (1-888-944-0447) to verify that the call center was legitimate. I gave them the number (1-888-941-4875) and the customer service rep verified the number as an AT&T number. He was very polite as well.

Don't fall for it.  This lady gave me the exact same line.  When I asked her if I could return her call she said there wasn't an extention number there, and then she said "oh wait, you don't qualify for this upgrade", so I just said "then why are you calling me?" and hung up.  When AT&T calls my business, my caller ID reads "AT&T.  When I return a call to AT&T, it automatically says "Thank you for calling AT&T."

We received calls all day from this number and no one ever answers the line or they just hang up. I would call back and get music or a dead line after about 20 seconds. Finally today i get Adam, a sales rep for AT&T who explained to me that all of the numbers on this list come from a computer and sometimes the computer doesnt realize if someone actually picked up the line or not. He continued to explain that every number on the list is there because AT&T is going to be making DSL obsolete and they re trying to switch everyone over to U-verse. I explained we already have U-verse and he then told me we would be taken off the list. We will see if this actually happens.

We get a call several times every day from 1-888-941-4875 and no one is ever there.  When we hang on no one ever comes on and if we call back to try to talk with someone and ask them to stop, no one ever answers and we are TIRED of this.

Called them back and they answered.  They indicated they were a third-party company (Sigma or something like that) hired by AT&T to sell AT&T service upgrades.  They were able to list all the lines on my AT&T business account including which one carried the DSL, but could not provide my AT&T account number.  Said AT&T does not give them that info.  They were offering promotional upgrade pricing on bundled phone lines and high-speed "uverse" internet.  The price was slightly better with slightly faster internet than we have, but it was a short-term promotional price that would likely go up later and required a contract commitment of 1 or 2 years.  So not a particularly good deal.  Might or might not be legit, but definitely high-pressure telemarketing.  (Also said AT&T was "migrating everyone".  But never said you cannot keep what you have if you are happy, so don't be fooled by that aspect.)

The caller said they were from AT&Tand wanted to give me a free upgrade to UVerse but asked for my EIN number.  I had already talked to AT&T this morning regarding a connection problem and we discussed how someone would said they were from AT&T but really aren't associated with them.  I was told that NO ONE from AT&T would be asking for an EIN number is regards to an upgrade.  This is definitely a SCAM!  BEWARE!

Keeps calling our office and there is no one on the line.  I called it back and they said they were AT & T.  I asked them to stop calling our office.  I spoke to an actual A T & T rep yesterday and if these callers call you need to ask them what your actual account # is.  If they cannot give it to you...beware.  I do not like to be scammed.  Shame on you!!!!

This number pops up on our caller ID at least twice daily, all week long.  And it's on all our lines, sometimes even the fax line.  I'm guessing it's like some previous posts said, and they're fishing.  It's annoying, especially when I'm in the back and have to get to a desk to answer a call from... NO ONE!  I wish they'd update their database so they quit calling the same numbers over and over.
