Millenium Cohort is actually a health study that is being conducted out of San Diego to determine the effects of military service on the health of service members.  The thing that fets you is once you do the survey, you get emailed quarterly to do another as a follow up and after you don't do do it, you start getting them in the mail also.  It is for a good cause, but very time consuming and irritating.

You have been randomly selected to participate in a landmark Department of Defense health study: the Millennium Cohort.  Please try to complete your survey today.  If you have already completed the survey, we thank you for your participation.  I assure you that your responses will be maintained as strictly confidential.
