I hope they keep calling back. My Lawyer will love suing them.

I have been receiving phone calls from different areas of the country for my ex-husband asking him to call back at this number.   I have left messages telling them that he has never lived at this number [my present husband has had the number for 30+ years] but they continue calling.

Sure thing, when a real court case has ended in the creditor's favor. But first you need a real claim on valid debt within SoL and to have obeyed the law when collecting. I'm not sure you guys qualify. It's much faster to simply scare the money from a person's pants, never mind what laws say.

I would suggest filing a complaint online with your state's attorney general as well as the Washington state attorney general. It took me about five minutes. These people are insane and when you try to return the phone call they don't even pick up. They have attempted to contact me via third party family and non-family members stating that I have a civil suit pending, yet I have received nothing in the mail from the bottom feeders. My guess is, they buy old debt and then use scare tactics and harassment to attempt to collect. Although, who's to know since they won't provide any documentation.

This is for Joe Thornton! DO NOT CALL MY NUMBER AGAIN!!!!! I tried to tell you that my Daughter did not live in our house, but you were too rude to listen.

I would like to know why this Joe Thornton is calling my parents house and harassing them about me when I haven't lived there in many years. He knows my new married last name, but is using info from a job and address that I haven't had in over 10 years. Now that seems very fishy to me. I will be contacting the att. general's office to report the harassment of my mom and dad. Ridiculous!

Because they toll me that I been rip off from I.M.R Inc: that had rip them off . The money that I gave I.M.R Inc: Collect from me. $771.69 dollars. But I have my Bank Statement copy that I pay I.M.R that was collecting for "PROVIDIAN BANK" . I pay this Bill already, Now this a** company calling me, call New Leaf Solutions L.L.C telling me your Bill having not been pay off . That I had been rip off, this came out of New Leaf Solutions workers name "Joe Thornton" telling me this bull s***. But the funny thing is this, I toll him to mail me the bill copy that I own to pay next . He telling me, he mail a letter to me. I say to him, you lieing and your New Leaf Solutions lieing to. You never mail me s***, but it's a good thing I didn't gave them my real bank card number. I gave them my RUSH CARD number. Thairs no money in it any way, but if I don't recives a letter from "New Leaf Solutions on 3/29/13 . I am changing my "RUSH CARD" number. Like u say, they maybe a scam. Peace!

This Joe Steele is full of it. I believe this whole company to be operating under illegal means. Be aware. This is a scam! Do not pay them anything!

Someone named Joe Steele called my number and left two messages for someone I have never heard of. Not sure if it is a "stab in the dark" but I have had my phone # for over 12 years and no one by that name has ever lived at my address. Left message to remove my number and not call again.
Kept referring to his "client" and a "case" which means it's a collection agency of some kind. Hopefully he will not call me.

Our company is New leaf Solutions LLC. We are not a collection agency and would not claim to be. If you got a call from Tiffany it is because you owe money to our company directly. Although it is never our desire to do so we do have the legal right to and a the means to litigate the account. If a judgement is obtained and your state laws allow for it your wages and/or bank accounts can be garnished and a lien may be placed on property.

I got a call from a Randy Blackwood today. He called from (425) 212-1581, but gave this toll-free number as a way to get in touch. It smells of the same sort of illegal behavior that a company called Investment Management & Recoveries, Inc. was involved in.

Claimed to be a mediator. Insisted there was no pressure to pay. Tried to sell it as a way to get positive points on my credit score. Admitted the account was aged out.
