And, they're back... Safety Services... They haven't called in a long time. I'm sure I'll get another call tomorrow. That's their pattern.

yup. this caller fooled my staffer into thinking OSHA had a mandatory training for us to call back this 888 number. fraud and scam. shame on them.

Sam Tucker called me today.  Scam! he left the same message about OSHA compliant safety course left the 888-943-3237 number to call back on caller id different number. Scam!

Received a call from Billy Brown similar to the rest advising that I must return the call regarding our safety program and OSHA Requirements.  
No company name given so there will be no return call from ours.

"My name is Michael Tucker.  Please contact me.  My office number is 888-943-3237.  Thank you."
Uh, you bet, Mike...whoever the *blank* you are.

They want to sell you information that is free directly from OSHA.  They get it free from OSHA and then pressure you in to buying it from them.

Scott Stevens called saying he was from Safety Services and wanted to speak to the owner of the company regarding OSHA Regulations. I told him I could take a message and he left 888-943-3237 as his "direct line" even though the Caller ID said 313-334-4905 which is a local number in my area. Seemed like a scam, after reading these comments I am glad my intuition was right.

Received a call from Rudy Franklin of Safety Services, they try to scare you into their OSHA program - sounds phishy to me!!

Just rec'd message from Sean Fox mentioning safety requirements (I did not answer call as I did not recognize the #...heard what sounded like telemarkers).  # on Call ID is 914-380-4216 but call back # given as 888-943-3237.  Yrs ago rec'd a call regarding safety requirements and they wanted to sell forms related to OSHA..  These same forms can be found on OSHA site for free.  Needless to say, the # has been blocked.

Also got a call from Nathon Ross saying something about OSHA requirements and to call back at 888-943-3237 (not the number that showed on caller ID). If they were with OSHA wouldn't you get an official letter in the mail or something instead of a voice message with a fast talking guy trying to sound official? I didn't call back.

Used the name Shane Taylor said he was calling about Federal and state documentation of safety compliance. Sounded pretty intense about the whole thing but the 888 number sounded fishy so i looked it up and found this post.

They are still around and trying some sort of scam.  Got a call from "Nathan Ross" to our office in Stockton, CA talking about OHSA and wanting a call back.  

Called from cell phone 219-228-1326 identified himself as Bruce Palmer with OSHA. Ask for the owner. Owner not available. So he left message to have his call returned 888-943-3237

I received a call from a Sam Tucker with Safety Services. It's a telemarketer trying to sell you "safety services" for your business. They throw the word "OSHA" in to intimidate people into calling them back. Don't fall for it, if you have any compliance questions go directly to the source OSHA!

Total scam, when I said i was owner of company, he hung up on me... Tried to imply they were with OSHA

Have received two calls from this outfit - the solicitor offers L&I compliance services then intimates I could get in real trouble if I don't use their services.  Coercive language and tone.

Just got a call from Logan Cook, the caller ID showed 5404462443, came back as a cell. Left message that he was contacting me about my safety meetings.

Got a call from 888-943-3237 stating they were a safety compliance company. These companies are all scammers stay away and hang up

Got a call from "Nathan" lots of noise in the background you can tell it is a call center.
He said he was with OSHA and to call him back immediately.  The company name he gave is a company that used to have this telephone number.

Needless to say I didn't call him back!  We are also on the Do Not Call List.

received a vm on our business line with the same drill as listed above from someone named Jimmie Cooper.  I've tried calling back to drill him on who he is, but no one ever answers.  Yes, the are definitely mis-representing themselves.  Also from Safety Services.

Now they are getting smarter...they are saying something about OSHA and safety requirements. Well it's just my spouse and me and we're both owners and we know it trust us after being in business for over 21 years.  His name Bruce Palmer and he sounds like he's from here.

Was called by  a Winter Garde Fl number 407 287 5670. His name was Aaron Love and he called for the owner. He said that this had to do with OSHA compliance. Umm not really sure he was truthfull one bit. He said to call him back at 1-888-943-3237.
