Had the same problem.  Called them and gave them the reference number and they removed my number.

Two different person calling. First is a lady and then a guy. When I calling them back, no one pick up the phone.

This company has been telemarketing and call my number too often. We have nothing to do with this company.

They called about a bill from Rogers TV which I paid long ago.
They were not interest in my copy of the receipt and claimed that their record could not be a mistake.
I sent the receipt as requested (big mistake) and now they told me it was not correct and demand payment |BUT will not return my receipt and now I am without proof (my photocopy is apparently can't be proved legit as my lawyer says).
Be very smart dealing with them not like I did. They have no honor!

Getting robot voice calls 2 x day some woman with British accent I can barely understand, sounds like ARC but from reading posts here it's probably Allied International C... she says "You may have some equipment that needs to be returned." Right.

OH God!!  I keep on getting the same. more than 3 times a day and lives a message then call again on a different number. I hate it. been more than a month and I dont owe any one a money.!! not even a credit card. LOL..

This number calls me constantly for months now, leaving messages automated voice messages saying something about outstanding something rather. I want it to stop.

My wife was called by them in the afternoon. When she returned the call, they tried to pump her for information without revealing anything about themselves. They threatened to keep calling. We did not tell them anything and said they would have to contact us by registered mail.

Looking for xxx on a personal business mater.  No one by that name lives here.

I have been receiving phone calls (not automated msgs) for some time. The person always provides the phone number to call as well as his name and the name of the company. It is A.I.C. and they collect money for several companies including Rogers. They look for my son who has never lived with us.

I just got this cellphone, and have not told anyone my number. All of a sudden I get calls from this 1-888-9444425.     I am,thinking of calling my cell provider to give me anew number now.,as I don't want to pay for cell time on annoyance calls.

revenge? is there a reason why they're calling you? do you know anything about the call? maybe you should just answer the calls and deal with them directly...

We have done that with this number ( requested to be taken off the calling list) as they call for someone that previously had te phone number we have now through Bell, it's not a Rogers number anymore and even tho we spoke to a supervisor to get us taken off the calling list they continue to call.

I've had them call me and even told me they've called and left messages at work. I don't have a job at the moment. How does that even work? Nice little lie to scare me? Or are they hunting down my employment record and leaving messages with bosses I no longer work for?

hey moron, most of the people this company calls don't owe money. many of them are distant relatives of debtors and in my case, Rogers didn't take me off their borrowed equipment list when I returned my modem, and now they've sent their dogs after me for something I already returned.

i got a call from 905-216-9835. left a msg for some antonio something and asked  to call back at 1888-9444-425 ext 7858. she was asking for someone i dont even know.i hv been using my number for a year now.i told her that she got the wrong number.she said they ll take my nuber off the list.

Having same problem.  They are calling and saying we owe something but we have tight credit, just did a credit check and know how what bills are outstanding.  If there are enough of us I say we sue them.

Maybe you can help (if you check this or get notifications) I currently have someone calling me (very rude, and hangs up when I ask for proof that I owe money, as I have no debt with anyone)

Am I able to go above her? What are my options? I know 100% for a fact that I do not owe anyone any money, she says it is on behalf of Bell Canada.

What would you suggest?

I see, so all we have to do is "pay our bills" or whatever you say our bills are, and then you won't need to violate the law to "collect" from us? Nice work if you can get it!

Funny seeing all these comments.. ACTUALLY.. I have worked for the company and it is legit people.. pay your bills and then you wouldnt have suffer the annoying phone calls.. Its a job and honestly we hate it as much as you all do calling you 6-7 times a day BUT we can not help that... its an autodialer SO, if you didnt answer the FIRST phone call it puts it RIGHT BACK on the call list to call you... I know when I worked for AIC I worked for  CHASE to collect on mortgages... Although, that is not the only thing AIC handles there is many other clients that they are working for... as for the pornography crap.... thats absurd.. smh... & the reason the lady sounds british is because its based and orginated out of Canada... so seriously people.. if your gunna talk crap atleast get the info correct its not that hard to google info about Allied International Credit...

I keep on getting an automated call from 18889444425, asking for a Andrew Flood.  There has been nobody by that name living here.  This is getting to be annoying.  Take me off the list.

This company calls to collect debts on behalf of Rogers. However, it goes far deeper than that. The numbers that you see are actually owned by Rogers. This is associated with the number 905-216-9385, which when called back, is a not in service number. Rogers denies any knowledge of this number, yet it is owned by them, and leased to AIC.

If you want your number removed from the file, call the main number and ask for Compliance.  Tell them you want a cease and desist put on the file and they will stop calling.

OR.....

PAY YOUR BILLS!!!!!  You racked up the debt, pay it.  Simple.
