recv'd letter on 11/26/13.  Handwritten address to me, no return address to them on the envelope. Like a vice president of a major airline would ever write a customer, let alone for a phony airline.

If you crooks read this note, at least be smarter and print your fraudulent letters on a real piece of paper and not a cheap ink jet printer you bought at circle K on the lowest quality paper available.  You IDIOTS do not even know how to spell "round trip" properly in your fake letters.  You spell it "roundtrip" in your scam doc.  Many crooks are smart but these guys have never taken a basic grammar class.  They have no address on their fake form, no website, etc.

Please take these letters to your postmasters and so the cops can arrest these morons.

Dad just got a letter from 'us airways' stating he won 2 round trip tickets anywhere. Told me to call but I told him I wanted to research first. Thank Goodness I did and found this site. I knew something was sketchy. First of all the logo on the header didn't even look legit, then I look at the envelope it was mailed from and I know for sure it wasn't from us airways. The number said to call was 1-888-941-4862. Name Leah McClain

Same here and was told that in order to receive the free airline tickets, I'd need to "preview" a new travel agency located in north Scottsdale,AZ. However, the gal I spoke too wouldn't provide the name of the agency or its exact address and insisted that she had to schedule the appointment.  I terminated the call and advised her of my google findings when she stated asking for personal information (marital status, income, etc.) as well as an email address.

I too, received a letter with date Nov. 12, 2013, with the very same scam of winning 2 tickets as well. Googled number (1-888-941-5663) and looked at post marked 85026. Figured it was not from US Airlines & VP Gail Kiser...Don't be fooled by these thieves. This just really stinks!!!! Hope this helps someone else and thanks to all those who posted.

We got this letter today and I googled the number. Thank you. Also, we just took usairways flight and now I wonder if they are selling our information.

I just got a letter from Gail- the number is 888.941.5654.  Interesting that I recently went on a US Airways flight.  Any know how  or why they target specific people? Sure glad I googled Gail Kiser.  Thanks for posting this.

Thanks for posting this.  I got a letter in the mail from Gail Kiser for vouchers yesterday.  Fortunately, I googled the number first because it felt off.

correction: one of his aliases is James McInerney. The other members of this fraudulent company who may contact you are as follows: JEFF BURTON (also a convicted felon! Wow these guys are pure class!), MAYLIN THEN who goes by SANDRA SMITTY and GAIL KISER, PAUL SMITH who goes by JAMES PRESTON, VINCENT CAPANELLA, and LEE DEE BOUNO who also goes by JANICE BLAKE. This thing goes deep. I am glad to be able to post this information in hopes of no one else falling prey to this scam and I will come back and update it again if I receive any more info, and I hope others will do the same..

Company tries to get your credit card info to charge you up to $5,000 for Airline Vouchers that youll never get!! I've received 3 letters in the mail saying to call this number to get 2 free airplane tickets, but after doing some research, I discovered that they just want your credit card info. Each letter is made out to my handwritten address, supposedly from VP Gail Kiser, and claims to be from US Airlines. This is what tipped me off to this being a scam, because there is no such thing as US Airlines. Just US Airways. I called the number, they refused to remove my address from their system, and said they are mailing me plane ticket vouchers. When I refused to give them my credit card info they were extremely rude and evasive. They would not reveal the name of their business at all. This company has previously been called ASHFORD SOCIAL MEDIA, BRYLANE BUSINESS NETWORK and ASHFORD TALK RADIO, and they change their phone number VERY often to avoid getting caught. But the scam is the same - call them to get 2 tickets for $2000. The guy who is behind this scam goes by diff aliases such as Jon Broxton, John Broxton, James McInernyy, James McInerny, Frank Madden, Frank Passarella. If you Google his identity he is a convicted felon for stock fraud, and the Internet is rife with complaints and ripoff reports for him and his associates If anyone has any other info about these scammers, please comment! And please use as much detail as possible so that future people who Google this name and number will be forewarned.
