I called too and got no answer except an answering machine.

Victim of this scam. Said I owed money to a card. Filed a police report and called my bank to get my money back. They try to call this afternoon when I was at school. Found out they are scammers today after recognizing the 415 area code.

Leave it to that chronic spammer Lemberg to send a shill into a suddenly active thread with another "I won $$$" testimonial. When I want to hire counsel, that person will be someone I can meet across a desk, not across state lines, who is interested in fighting for me. This as opposed to a paper mill "defender" who wants only the easiest cases and fast settlements.

Yes these guys are scammers and they called my work. Yes they found were i work through social media, . i sued and was awarded $1500. i hope they call again so i can make another $1500. This is who i used. They represented me for free.....

A man called my father, supposedly looking for me.  He was calling from phone number (321) 445-3086.  This man told my father that I was going to jail if I didn't call (888) 958- 7668 within 24 hours to settle a "court document:" that they have in their possession.  These people are SCAMMERS......they look up on the internet names and phone numbers of people who are associated or related to you on the internet and call them.  Trying to scare you and your family into getting you to call and give them money!  DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM......IGNORE AND LAUGH IN THEIR FACES.

Descriptions in this thread are of extortion dressed as debt collection. Consumer debts in America, including payday loans, are a *CIVIL* matter, not criminal! Honest debt collectors do not typically send their claims straight to a judge, and they don't take your ransom money to broker quick deals with so-called "process servers". There are no secretive "arbitrators", "mediators", or "prelitigation specialists", only sweaty criminals with a script full of bullying remarks. Lawful debt collection is a process, not an ambush, and you are due a chance at each stage to raise a dispute. The agents' horrid threats are empty and their conduct is illegal. Do not reward lawbreakers with your money. Challenge them always, sue them if you can.

THIS PERSON DENISE COLEMAN CALLED ME SAID THAT SHE WAS FROM PRETRIAL ABRITARATION AND THERE WAS A JUDGEMENT AGAINST ME FOR CREDIT ONE BANK FOR A CREDIT CARD. THAT I NEEDED TO CALL THE ATTORNEY. THIS LADY CALLED ME FROM 321-445-3086

This is a scam as I received "court document" that looked fake and for something that I never had. No one ever answers the phone and never contacted me pence I teies via email that I want this to be official and sent to me via mail with the courts seal. Very shady!!
