this is a scam do not give or verify anything for them.  If they have all the correct information it is their job to prove it, you do not have to tell them if everything is correct they cannot force you. tell them you intend to call your state attorney general office if the persist

Debt Collector
Don't pay these people they are a scam ran by a person I finally got a name out of by the name of Brian Ackers, these people ran Lynton Capital Group LLC with a woman named Charella, they are scam artists trying to get your money to pay their employees their commission every other week. Do not give any credit card information until you receive a letter with a physical address not a PO Box and then take it to your lawyer and have them validate it. Wish they knew what company they worked for before threatening me as I have it all on recording for my attorney to hear and the AG as well.

I have received telephone calls from this number too.  I have payment arrangement with the legitimate collecting agency that my creditor assigned the debt to and that is the only agency listed on my credit report( I checked after the calls).  The amount they are calling about is wrong and when I told them to provide me with an address and name of their organization they could not provided one.  I told them I need them to validate the debt and provide me with evidence that they hold the debt, they told me they couldn't because the debt did not originate with them;BULL.  Under FTC regulation regardless if you are not the original creditor you have to act as the creditor and validate the debt or remove it from the credit report. They became angry and rude, and told me they were going to garnish my wages and take me to court......they kept trying to get account/bank information and when I stated you have to establish I owe you a debt to even begin to garnish my wages etc and basically I told them do and I will have my canceled checks, payment agreement and documents from the legitimate collecting agency and creditor, told them see you in court...they hung up.  Be very careful with these people.  They are using cell phones and you hear a whole group talking in the backgroud....three  people gave me three different company names which were Richmond Financial, Integrity Receivables, and Richmond Receivables... angry manager is Bill Tillman....if they are contacting you tell them to validate the debt not via email but via postal mail, and you need a physical address, company name and telephone number. If you actually have a debt contact the original creditor and they will tell you who the collecting agency is that they assigned your debt to and that agency should be on your report.  If they can not validate the debt or provide that information....hang up.  PS. collecting agencies state throughout the conversation..."this is an attempt to collect the debt....." they never said it once....just tips I am sharing sorry so long =)

I got a call from them also. "Thomas Richards" and his "boss" "Nick Anderson" threatening to pursue fraud charges. They said they were from Richmond Receivables, and offered a huge discount on the loan if I responded within 2 hours. They did have the details of my debt account, so I was concerned, but doing some research I found that they were a scam. I called the bank that had my cc account and asked them who should be contacting me about collection, and they gave me the name and number of the legitimate collection agency (who have been calling me a lot, and I was fairly sure they were legitimate).

Another scam was from someone claiming to be "Christian Miles" from Pimone and Associates. Same thing, left a message threatening that I would be served a summons either at home or place of work. They called from this number: 855-793-5580

Note that in both cases they had these email addresses: richmondfinacials@gmail.com and pimoneandassociates@gmail.com - neither one had a company email address. High probability of a scam with such generic, non-company email addresses.

Got something similar.  "Kelly Bards" from the Processing and <Unintelligble word> from some county name that COULD have been mine or could be that she mumbled through any county name.  "You have been incited in an infraction in regards to case number <case number>"  They wanted me to verify my current address and employment.  I can request a hearing at the 888 959 1087 number.  Sounds like a new and crafty collections call.

I got vm's on all my phone number's, home, work & cell from 888-959-1087. Got same msg on all vm's for on 9/24 & 9/25/12. Stated he was Christopher Miles(no company name) and I need to call back within the next 24 hrs for I will be facing 2 counts of fraud charges in my local county court(name wrong county). Left some pre-trial docket number for me to reference when I returned the call. That if I didn't call back that the paperwork would be faxed to local court/sheriff for me to be served at either work or my residence. I called the number back the next day at 3:10pm and it rang then I got like an automated msg that stated thank you for calling Richmond Financial and then got hold music which continued to play for about 4 or 5 minutes. Then got a msg that all agents are busy and told to leave a msg and next available agent will call you. Left msg that I was returning a call to Christopher Miles re: a msg he left me. Left my name and only one phone number he had called and have yet to get a call back. No there are a bunch of scammers out there but can't find any info in this person or this place. Not sure what it was about or why they called.
