I'm getting the same calls from two different people but they contact my grandmother phone not mines saying that in owe cornerstone when I did a payday loan from them last year for $200 I paid them because they was taking it out my checking account....I don't know who is that calling ny grandmother phone and then they call at odd times not normal business hours....I just want to know who they are its a 972 area code Texas number....I'm talking to my lawyer because they talking crazy

The crack head who runs this outfit is Convicted felon Dave Wisniewski. Word on the crack street is his step daddy opened the "company" as a front for the crack head so he doesn't have to claim income.  He buys and sells deceased and ssi accounts. Shake downs are used to defraud unsuspecting debtor's,who in most cases statute of limitations are long past. If contacted by these bottom feeders call the NY State Attorney General's office.

Just reported these guys to the FTC. Highly recommend doing the same! They won't go away unless they are reported! I got the same calls from David Williams and Ruben Goldstein on this number and an 855 number.

yes you are as i have no bounced checks nor are any of my finances in duress or being hacked.. and how come you leave the same message on every line you call including my mother who lives 1400 miles away from me.. your preying on people and their ignorance which in turn makes you and your company a bunch of dirtbags!!

Same thing happened to me four times this week and believe you me I love him have it now I does not need to find a way to report them so they get busted!!!

And what purpose does this serve? Does he ask for money? If I don't have any debt what is he collecting?

And furthermore, I don't have any check fraud issues or my bank would be the first to contact me.

If this fa------t call my house anymore, I am going to report him. He is a scam and very unprofessional, once you say something to him, he start throwing a hissie fit. They need to put a stop to people selling one's information, so these fraudulent companies can keep calling you with some stupid s----. If one credit is so bad, how are they able to buy a house, car, get a decent job and credit cards. Some of them call from the convenience of their homes. No addresses, just P.O. Box No.

I received the same phone call today with the same VM saying they have sealed document and such by a guy named David Williams. Got hung up the first time by some dude named Rob. I called again and got an answering service of "Corner Stone" something. I called again, this time a guy named David answered and asked me why I keep calling him. I told him that someone left me a VM to call back. Then he says "china lady pay your bill" I told him Im not chinese then he asked if am a philipino. I told him that he's an idiot and hung up. Don't waste your time with this low life.

This guy David Williams is not debt collector, he is a fraud my husband and I pay all our bills on time never bounced a check I want this to stop before we have to take drastic action against him.

If your not a scam why do you hang up on people when they call you answer and then hang up, what's up with that? You leave messages but never leave a name for who your looking for. Everyone in this house pays their debts.

I don't write checks so how can they be bounced mr Williams....... So unless you know whom you are calling for at my number don't call my house ever again or I will report you to the police.....

David Williams left me a voicemail.   Being that about 2 years ago I actually worked for Tek Collect, Inc. which is a collections agency I am familiar with the FDCPA.   This guy is full of sh!^ and is a scammer.  I spoke with my credit union who I have banked with for 10 years and, they are my only financial institution, and they verified I have no bounced checks and nothing from them in collections.   Probably just some dumpy a$$ underground place preying on people who do not know any better and taking their money.

I jsut received the same phones calls as everyone else here did. It is all bs.

I get a call everyday. No bad checks. Checked with my Credit Union. Not possible.
I've allready filed with the FTC and if I can find a state, I'll fill with the Attorney General.
