Got a call saying the same as mentioned above ^^^ but they have never contacted me before? Yet this time it is going to be my last and final call? I also cannot find any info about this so called company?

These people are scam. They have a database which allow them to call u about your past credit that was written off your credit. what ever you do don't listen to them. they are full of s***.

Same thing. Called my elderly mother, claiming I had to be home immediately to received papers.  I haven't lived with my mother in over 7 yrs. Now she is all upset thinking I'm being sued.  It's the same dumb people all the time.  My phone number has been the same for at least 10 yrs, if something was wrong they would have called me by now.

Called my parents and he was with Legal Claim Service and claimed something about when I was working with a job from 7 years. Same thing, claiming they were going to file, and I needed to sign something or they would start proceedings, etc. I had no idea what she was talking about.

My HR rep sent me an email saying she had a vm from this number asking about me. She called back and they said they were trying to serve me. I called the number and got a very rude woman. first she said her name was Brandy and then Debbie. I asked her not to phone my employer for any reason at which time she started shrieking and yelling at me, saying she could do whatever she wants. Needless to say, the call did not end well. When I spoke to my HR person she said the same thing happened when she called them back. She was yelled at, too. Great way to conduct a business, if that's what you want to call it.

I hope you live in a state where one-party call recording is legal. If not, the best thing your lawyer could do with the call recording is to lose it.

Well they called me at work the young lady who called said her name is Emily Stewart.  That they verified my employer, (OK) that I need to call today or papers will be delivered to my work.  What they don't know is I recorded the call and it is now on the way to my attorney.  Unlawful to call people at work.

Called my daughter regarding me. Said they were attempting to collect a debt and it would be assumed all info was correct and warrant would be issued for my arrest for failure to appear. Tried to get her to set up monthly payments from her debit card. I searched and found this. Information was incomplete and wrong information was given to her. Bogus so called debt is extortion.
Her greatest fear is losing losing me. They are no good bums trying to steal from those who have very little.
She is physically sick, at work.
They are predators...pay us some outrageous amount today or you are going to jail.

A relative received a call from this place saying that I needed to call them back by 5pm - yeah, I'm right on top of that.

This place is a collector fishing for info. They're number is very much like Fifth Third Bank's number and I wonder if it has to do with them somehow? I had a problem with them years ago and didn't pay because they attempted to steal from me as they have so many.

Received a message stating I needed to return their call by 5 today or they will go ahead and proceed in processing my case assuming they have the correct information.

Paris Foster, but no company name, said that i need to call or they will go ahead in processing my case here in Ohio and assume that all info they have is correct.
