Legit call from VERIZON. you would THINK when calling from a actual business you wouldn't make the caller ID "UNAVAILABLE":......JUST SAYING!!!!

New to Verizon & HATE their phone system (hey folks, isn't that the way you STARTED?) After spending 20 minutes
trying to untangle what should have been a 2-minute deal, I received 8 "unavailable" messages on my e-mail. My
voice mail didn't record them & I had to find out this way who they were from!

    Verizon calling to verify if I authorized  my password change....

Leaves no message.

I HAVE the same F-N problem too...Somehow from time to time doesn't like my password YET I never changed it! The other nutty thing is THEIR system doesn't like or recognize our address number keeps dropping off the "1/2" no matter what we do..so "F" it...I'm done trying to explain it to their IT people.

I rec'd the TEMPORARY code # via a phone call. I ALREADY updated our PASSWORD "AGAIN" in their system using the TEMPORARY code#. I have rec'd FOUR calls after the INITIAL CALL of the TEMPORARY CODE # as well as THREE e-mails telling us our TEMPORARY CODE #. AS I am typing this, I am expecting another CALL from VERIZON, yet I cannot call their customer service number to STOP the calls...:(

Getting calls for my mother whom is deceased on my DO NOT CALL Unlisted #

Ah Verizon.  I  can never log into my verizon account because their website is so archaic and awful it's useless.   If they truly want to help with password recovery or other assistance, they should leave a message. What a waste of time to have to track these calls down.

It's Verizon. I had forgotten my user ID and pw to pay my bill on line. They must have called me after I left fo work.

I had the same thing happen to me

They called my house @ 6:40 AM!!!!!!!  and then hung up.
