Said they were calling before service of process was served at my home or place of employment. Even went so far as to check my county clerk of court records online. NOTHING! Another scam or scumbag collection company trying to scare me. Didn't fall for it and you shouldn't either!

This is a scam number, they call or text your phone some bogus information about an account over drawn or a job interview and then phish for information from you. Then they swear at your or call you names when you challenge them or question their motives. If i knew where they lived I would have them all arrested for fraud and harassment.

I called them back seeing how I've had several interview calls lately. But this # is a total scam I called them up and he mentioned a lawsuit of some unknown person and wants you to give them information. So i put their number in http://www.prankowl.com/ and had a blast listening to them get their own lesson!

Received the same text about confirming my scheduled phone interview. I usually smell these scams a mile away and don't fall for them, but I actually have a phone interview with a potential job on Monday the 19th, so I thought it may be them.
I called and it was a rude man who called himself an investigator as said the interview was for a girl who had my number. I told him he had the wrong number and he kept harassing me saying I was a liar and that Im being sued and need to speak to the judge or the district attorney.
I immediately knew it was a scam so I hung up, but still, the nerve!!

Just received a text message this am saying to Please contact the office at 1-888-978-3565 to confirm your scheduled phone interview. A.A. Thank you for your time.  do not reply to this text and do not call their phone number once you speak with them they are going to ask for your checking information for their files and they will deduct money from your account.  This is a pay-day loan company and the people are very very nasty.

Got a text from them this morning asking me to call and confirm my "scheduled phone interview".  No idea what they are referring to, but sounds like a scam based on other notes in this thread.

I received the following text this morning:

Please contact the office at 1-888-978-3565 to confirm your scheduled phone interview. A,A. Thank you for your time

I also get the texts about insufficient funds and pending deposits. I did speak with this company once and asked them to provide verification as it sounded sketchy and I pulled my credit report and didn't see any of the so called payday loans they said I had taken out etc....and the guy on the phone told me I was just stalling and that he worked for an attorney and knew I was going to get into trouble and that there was a lawsuit with my name on it. I asked for him to provide me the case number and what court it was filed in as I didn't receive any such notice and he said the "file was sealed".
Definitely seems like a scam-I have resported this number to the FTC.....I believe they (Samuel etc) recently changed their number?

This number belongs to Samuel Sole & Associates; they use numerous phone numbers and just changed their phone number on their web site to this number; they are a group of extremely unethical debt collectors; especially a Mr. Michael Green, who repeatedly contacts me, threatens me, uses foul language, contacts my family members, threatens them and discloses information concerning my debt.  They violate every possible aspect of the Fair Debt Collection Act.  I called them back at this number on one occasion and the man that answered told me he was a Treasury Agent and could contact me anytime he wanted too, they are horrible and need to be stopped!!!

Yup, me too, I received a Text message saying that I had insufficient funds, payment didn't go through. Call the number to provide a statement, F****ing a**les,  I have NOT authorized no such payment to this unknown caller. I did not return this call. Someone STOP these F****ers!!!

I to received the same text message this morning around 10:30am stating that I too had insufficient funds for some type of claim. SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!! They are busy at work trying to scam innocent people out of their money. I hope and pray they crack-down on these scam artists soon! ASAP!!!!!

said to call claims office to verify information for service of process. called was placed from different number (786) 358-5859. when called back they ask for your information and do not say they are a debt collector. sounds like a scam
