I am an investigator with the Marathon County District Attorney's Office in Wausau, WI.  We have received a number of complaints in reference to this number as well.  I believe it is a debt collection agency but their method could be criminal in nature.  If your state law allows, I would record the calls and notify your local law enforcement agency.

This company is called Capital Solutions. Are they attempting to "serve papers"

Please tell me who this phone number belongs to.  I keep getting harrassing phone calls at work and on my cell.  The caller has even called family members and my place of employment.
