These people cannot contact you at work if u tell them not to . Don't back down from them there are laws in0lace to protect you from people like this

These people also called me my mother sister mom in law ex wife and brother in law they claimed the same thing but yet could not provide me with any info I called the attorney general in my state and have retained a lawyer my suggestion is contact the attorney general because what they are doing is illegal I called bottom dollar and traced where this alleged loan went and followed the trail do not let these people harass your family
They have to provide proof of the debt 5 days after the initial contact but they will say they won't my wife spoke to a Mr Godfrey from there and they are using a supposed located named David Monroe they are saying that I am writing bad checks in my ex wife's name and mother in laws name which is completely false . Don't let them push you around there are federal laws in place to product consumers from this type of thing .

This company called my daughter's cell phone, my mother in law and my mom leaving messages on all there voice mails that I have committed fraud and bad checks. I called the company and ask for documents proving I have any loans out there and they would not provide me with them. Just stated they are turning it over to my state. What type of people are they? Don't they have to provide debt information when requested?

They call my job several time a day, I spoke to a Ms.Carol on 4/22/2013 and she infom me it was a payday loan from bottom dollar, in which I try to make payment arrangement and they want my bank account information as I have none, told her I would get a pre paid debt card and they can debit 50.00 bi weekly until pad iff and they did not want that, said they would process the paperwork and send it to my job, I have inform them to stop calling my job and do what they have to do, I will await for the court papers.I have this compny phone number and a case number as their company name is CREDITORS, and you go through several peoples with their are smart and try to scare you with the bull they talk,
