Please file complaint against acs with your attorney generals office.  That Are In The process of gathering information for a formal action against this company and their illegal collection tactics.  Record and save all messages and calls. You have to inform them that you are recording the conversation so make sure you tell them that. In your complaint to the Atty gen let them know that you have these recordings.
