So - I called. Their system, which does not identify itself, first tells me it will record my call, then to "press 1 if I have a mobile home to sell, press 2 if I have a condo or house to sell, and press 0 for any other reason". When I press 0, their system says, "I'm sorry. We can only accept home sellers on this line. Please visit our website for more information. Goodbye."  Of course, they give no website info.  So - I set my phone to call their 1-888 number continuously for several hours. Hope they pay a little something for that.

They are not buying in my area either.  Sounds like they are fishing for phone numbers or something.

I got a call too. I called the  number & was asked to enter
My  zip code. MSG then came up stating they were not buying homes Iin my area. Sounds fishy to me!

I got this same message from the same guy.  Did you call him?  Sounds like the offer may be to try to list my house with him or some type of scam.
