Marketing for Comcast. Recieved call after hello several times someone responded and identified themselves as from Comcast. I asked repeatedly, "Is this a sales call?" Finely they responded yes. Told them to put me on  thier do not call list and hung up.

They called, I answered, blank line ... no talking, no recording nothing ... after several hello's I hung up and they continue to call with silence.
