The same thing happened to us. Vapor Mate gave our account information to a place called Everyday Bargains and Savings 2 Go. They have each been taking 14.95 out of our account that we never authorized. They are all connected to Stonebridge Benefit Services, Inc. 2700 W. Plano Parkway, Plano, TX 75075-8200. By the way, we have yet to receive our Vapor Mate. Not only that, the 69.95 that was to be taken out of our account for the Vapor Mate is at $210.80 so far. BEWARE do not order vapor mate. They are selling our bank account numbers to other scamming vendors!!!!

i just started taking over my folks finances.  I t looks like Savings2 go and another company called Planplus has been charging their account for who knows how many months...Same thing, when I called the number listed on the statement they found no personal information in their records and told me they had no "supervisor" available...  Please help!

I just discovered that the Vapor Mate crew has been charging my credit card $14.95 per month for enrollment in something called Everyday Bargains, with the websit www.everdaymembers.com.  I did not enroll in this ridiculous club, nor did I authorize these charges on my card.   I simply bought a "free" vapor mate cigarette (which is a useless piece of junk) and it's now cost me nearly $400.  The thing only worked for about a month or two.  There is a class-action suit somewhere in this.  There should also be criminal charges.  I'm concerned now that my credit card information is in the hands of these crooks.

They said I signed up for some kind of membership thing and charged $8.00 to my checking account.  When I called the number they were hesitant to give out any information at all and said I must have signed up for their service when I made an online purchase.  I called the company I did make a purchase through and they have never heard of this 888-992-3466 number, (they have a list of numbers they do deal with and this wasn't on it).  They suggested calling the bank and refusing or stopping payment to 888-992-3466.

they charged me 8.00 dallors for somethings and when i ask what it was for and that i didnt sign up for no membership they said it was nothing they could do untill i get their package. whatever it is. I got a call sayn i was going to get a 200 dollar pre-paid card. no membership nothing. and only thing i was going to have to pay was shiping and handling fee of 3.50 and i should get with in 5 to 7 business days. But i never got it. and it almost been two weeks since i got that phone call.

I called for a free smoke free kit, All Natural Smoke Free Complete Stop Smoking System (866-345-7366) in May of 2009 and since have been getting solicitor phone calls to my home and charges on my checkcard that was only supposed to incur a shipping and handling of 9.95. The 888-992-3466 showed up on my account for an 8.00 charge as well. They do not answer and if you google this phone number there is a lot of people that have  been defrauded by them. You should contact your State Attorney Generals Office to complain, they might even have an online complaint form.

They charged $8.00 on my checking account.

The # for the Better Buisness Buro "BBB" in Dallas Texas is 214-220-2000. the name of the company thats is doing the $8.00 charges is called Stone Bridge Benifit Services in plano texas. good luck to everybody.  I SUGGEST THAT IF YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED CALL THE BBB AT THE ABOVE NUMBER.

i ordered vapor mate, the electronic smokeing system an im pritty sure this $8.00 charge scammers are tied in with them as well! my account has 2 $8.00 charges in it and im going to try to stop the payment thru the bank an also call the bbb and vapor mate THIS CRAP HAS GOT TO STOP!!! I just now discovered the 8$ to my acount. It is Sunday so no answer from the company.  I will send an e-mail to my bank .  I haven't ordreed any products.  I had inquired aboout legal aide  the day  befor.

Ordered a male enhancement product from ProLixus on an infomercial a week ago.  Decided to cancel before the product was received, was given less then a 50% refund...then charged $9.99 again a day later, and now today was charged two $8.00 charges on my credit card as, 'membership fee inquiry'.  I called the number and there is a voice mail but never states the company name.  The voice on the phone gave the hours open as 8am - 8pm Monday through Friday and 8am - 2pm on Saturday.  What can I do about this?

I was scammed the same way from a car ad link on craigslist. i just cancelled my debit and ordered a new one. What i reccomend for now on is if the the site dont accept pay pal dont mess with it. only do business with sites that use pay pal like ebay to avoid unwanted charges since the seller never gets yo card number. plus ebay sells just about everything anyways. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!

Hi Robert, how are you? I'm wondering what you did to take care of your account with these jokers? I have been charged two $8 fees on my account and no one seems to know whats going on. I too signed up for the $1.00 deal with realty company on craigslist. Now they have there sister company making all these charges on my account. I was told everything was free and I could cancel in the 3 day trial period. How did you go about resolving your problem? We all need to report these people and get them in some kind of trouble. Seems like a bit of identity fraud to me. Anyway, if you have any kind of info or input I would appreciate it. Thanks a lot.

Had a charge on my credit card which stated to view account. $8.00.  If one calls the number another charge is made on the telephone. Cannot find out who these people are but I will not pay the charge on my credit card.

Did the $8 charge get refunded?

ok, i ordered the slim quick s*** online, on what norton said was a safe site. and s***, and now i have an 8.00 fee and a 2.48 fee and i'm pissed. i've been on hold with this j*** off for alomst a half an hour,

Just realized an $8.00 charge on my account- with this # posted on it. No one answers to this number. I ordered the All Natural Smoke FreeCompleteStopSmokingSystem(866-345-7366) last week (May,2009)and since then I got this $8.00 charge on the checkcard I used and a bunch of soliciting calls coming in to my home phone. They are selling my info to other bogus companies and probably getting a kickback from each one. Like what the previous people have said, the $8 charge showed up on my bank account. This was after i called a retail company (888-618-6734) advertising on craigslist. I should have known that it was a scam, but i agreed to pay a $1 fee in order to use the retail services, and then the next day this company was also charging me. After i called them and gave them my name and phone number, i was able to cancel the service within a couple of minutes. If you sound angry when you call them then i don't think they are going to give you too much trouble.

This was absolutely ridiculous! I haven't even signed up for anything what so ever, and these two $8 charges appeared on my statement! I called my bank and they have to cancel my card and send me a new one, along with filing a fraud report!!! These people are ridiculous and should seriously go to hell.

Hi my name is Bridgette, and I also had a membership to savings2go, and when I came across this website and saw that people were being scammed, i was determined to figure out how to get in touch with them, I don't even recall giving them my credit card information, but they had it, and I was very upset, so this morning I searched and found a number for them and you can get in touch with them, it will come up automated at first, you select #6 to cancel your membership, and then you will talk to someone who will try to change your mind, but the # is 1-800-448-1944, I hope that this is some help to you.

2)I've canceled my membership (which I didn't even know that I have)
 I've got cancellation #.
3)I called  888-992-3466-I was lucky ,there was this nice men who told me   to wait couple days now and than call 1-8000-448-0166
$)I'm waiting .......I will see.....
And I hate this...two stupid movies and so much trouble..!!!
