These people call me many times a day and weekly saying they are going to files charges against me in the county I live and will direct court papers to my address....went as far as to say I was being officially notified of Process to serve back in May. I have never received anything in writing from these people....don't know what they are doing????? I am not going to even talk to the scammers....They give me case numbers and docket numbers and when I try to look them up at the county courthouse I get nothing...Tired of this...what can we do?

This company is a scamming collections agency. Identified themselves as a process server for my local county. Called my local court house and they had never heard of them. I filed a complaint with the FTC and they confirmed what they were doing was not legal. They called back and I informed them of the FTC complaint and they hung up. Then some tough guy calls back and starts cussing me talking all big and bad. I hung up and he called back 4 more times. These people are scum and try to pray on people, when they get called out on the BS, the true ghetto trash comes out of them.

They are bill collectors calling saying they are from a law firm in your area stating that they have legal paper work for you in your county and use old outdated numbers fasle names and fake information which is all against the law. Feel free to resport them to your local State Att office they will be glad to take that information from you to shut them down
