Does sound shady, and does sound like an overseas call.  Called back, but lady on other end spoke no english, and wasn't able to find out anything.  They keep calling and leaving vietnamese messages on my cellphone voicemail.

I am having the same exact problem with these people. I've filed numerous complaints with donotcall.gov since my number is on that list.

I called ringcentral.com at the number provided through the BBB: (888) 528-7464  When you're given options, select 0 for an operator.

I explained my problem, how I am on the Do Not Call List and keep getting calls from these people. The person did confirm the number is a Ring Central number. He submitted a complaint, saying this is a violation of their Terms of Service (i.e. calling numbers on Do Not Call).

I don't know what will come of this, but it can't hurt filing complaints if you keep getting bothered by these people.

This is just an advertisement call from a Vietnamese Tele Com.
They advertise phone cards for calling from the US to Vietnam.

I too received a call from 888-998-9308 a man's voice said "sorry I guess wrong number"  does anyone know what this is? what type of business etc. Sounds shady and sounds like an overseas call.  Very strange. Why would a telemarketer call the US and at first have a woman's voicce on who can speak vietnamese only.
