Got a call from this number - 888-999-2679.  They say they are with ATT and the want us to renew our DSL for $5 less per month.  Only trouble is, the price they quoted was $25 more per month than our current plan. I think they are scamming somehow.

Interestingly, I am on an open line right now with a call from this number.  We have caller-ID, but nothing displayed except the number itself.  I did not get either a person, nor automated system.  I was curious, so I just sat here with the line open until it finally disconnected; about 3-4 minutes.

Person called asking for owner and said they were responding to our Google Ad... don't think we even have an ad on Google!!

a male called asked for the owner of the company by his first name, when I said person out of town, they rudely disconnected the call.

I got a call from some stating that my DSL contract was up. He "said" he was from AT&T and wanted to send someone over to upgrade our modem. The guy hungup when he was unable to correctly identify our current DSL monthly charge. I called back to see who this company really was ... they are ATN. Not AT&T. This is not a misrepresentation, it's fraud!

I noticed this number on my pizzeria phone line.  I did not take a call from this number, so I don't know what they called about, but I doubt
that they wanted to buy Pizza!  Just wanted to see if anyone reported
this number before.

like everyone says, they call and claim they are at&t and that our contract is up.  i told them we paid last month and they said "oh yes, it is current"

we get calls from this number several times a day. at first we answered the calls but now we just ignore them.

got a call on a line that no one has number to. was told it was AT&T that my DSL contract was up. I asked how long our contract was knowing the date i signed up since its my birthdate and it hasn't been a year then they asked for my fax number when i asked why the guy said to verify my information i told him that he should have the information in front of him and he hung up...

We also recently received a call from this number. It was interesting when they asked me for our DSL number, and then I asked if they could look it up, they said they would need to call me back. hmmm. When I called back the caller ID, it seems to indicate that this is an individal who's company is a reseller of ATT services. There is a big difference between AT&T and an AT&T reseller.

SAYS THEY'RE WITH ATT...DSL CONTRACT RENEWAL?  WANTED TO VERIFY INFO.  TOLD THEM TO TELL ME WHAT THEY HAD ON RECORD.  COULDN'T DO IT!

TELL-SELL ,ANNOYANCE CALL NEED TO PUT A STOP TO IT OR REPORT TO THE PRPPER AUTHORITIES.
