It's fraud, they have been taking money out of my account for months. It happened when I applied for a job off craigslist and it required me to do a background check

I am charged 19.95 monthly according to my chase card.  They will block all future charges and delete the previous charges.  good service!

Charged my credit card 3 times without my authorization, called and asked them why and they said they would cancel the account and credit me back the money in 7-10 days. I received an email cancelling the membership (I never joined). I want my money back now. Want to know why they can hold my money without my authorization. Will never use these guys again.

dont use white pages.com this is how i got scammed by this company also just like the other posts. Taking legal actions.

I am being billed 19 per month for three months now from this bogus place. I have no idea how to stop it, and if I may find out I would be very grateful. I do not even know what it is. I would love to have it stopped immediately.

I got an Indian man when I called. He said he was going to credit my account, and cancel my services, but, before I wait to see, I'm going to copy/paste this whole page of complaints, and send it to the Better Business Bureau. If you all do it, too, the BBB will know it is true, and do something. I have used the BBB before, and they DO get back to the complainant! Let's get them!

How did you even get them on the phone??? When I call all I get is another number for a completely different business called Talk Live.  I want my money back!!!

This number is connected with US SEARCH they are some how linked to My Life.com an on line people finder service. Last year I signed up for one month at $14.95 and I just found out that they had been billing me $19.95 every month for five months. Call this customer service number
1-800-877-3272 It is in India, the lady I talked to apologized and said they would refund the charges. I also explained I wanted to cancel my account. She said they would do that and refund my bank account. I only pray that they are honest and do that. I hope you straighten out your issues with them. From now on I will not be using any on line searches to look for old friends. I had to turn off my card and am getting a new one.

I also got a 19.00 deducted from my account. I have not asked to locate anyone FRAUD

I have been Charged $19.95 As well once a month on my debit from Us search bank is now looking into it and gave my money back. but what is this and why are they doing it, does anybody know??

received my credit card bill today, I was billed  $59.95 not once but twice. all it said was  & U.S search CA...don't know why, but the credit card co. issued credit on the both of them........phone number was 888-999-4384

My daughter's debit card is being charged for the Euro equivalent of $19.95 every month since September.
No contact whatsoever with these folks.  No calls, no bills, just a sum being drafted off her bank account.

Same thing ahppened to me.  Credit card company is investigating the charges and will hopefully credit my accoutn back

Been getting charges 19.95 on my visa from this number for three months now.

Had a fraud charge as well.  US Search is submitting bogus charges and getting away with it.  Keep complaining about them all over the Internet.  Word will spread.  

Unfortunately, if they find your number, you have to get a new number for your credit card.  Its such a pain!

I no longer want my credit card charged

just called these jack***es , and they refunded my 19.95.............

We live in France.  My daughter's account has been regularly drafted $19.95 for the past 4 months, plus foreign exchange commission, etc., so the amount has varied each month.  She says she never had anything to do with these folks, me either.  No reason for it.  As we had visited the States the month before, I thought it was just late credit card purchases coming in, and only this past month realized that this must be an illegal fraud. My bank says I have to block her account and change her card in order to stop the billing...

No call, 3 charges that i know of for $19.95..... wtf?

I was billed twice for, one in the amount of $.95 and the other was $19.95.  I did not make these calls.

I have a Chase credit card and received an email stating US Search attempted a fraudulent charge to my account in the amount of $33.95, I will be disputing this charge, closing the account and requesting a new account number since the security of credit card has been compromised.

THey got me 5 times for 95.70

No call, but charges.

I am disputing these charges with my bank also.

It is amazing how people can get away with this.
