vous pouvez, si vous le desirez, demander a votre fournisseur de service de bloquer tout appels 900/976, moyennant un frais de service, en contactant leur service a la clientele.

ce numero est un numero de telnip. (http://www.telnip.com/) une compangie qui sert de pont entre certain site web, comme des jeux en ligne ou un site de rencontre par exemple où les client achetent via un numero 900 un forfait soit pour des bonus de jeux ou du temps d'utilisation.  La compagnie telnip donnera un code et vous facturera sur votre ligne une fois le nip demandé.  Vous  pouvez toujours contester ces appels mais sachez qu'ils seront retournés a la compagnie qui investiguera et pourrait, le cas echant, vous refacturer des frais via une facture séparé.  Il serait bon de demander a la famille si quelqu'un n'aurait pas commander ce service puisque certaines compagnies se reservent le droit de vous facturer "des frais de recherches" lorsque les frais sont valides.

I got my videotron bill and 900-451-2495 was charged 8 times for 49.95!!!!  what is this????

J'ai reçu de nombreux appels de bell canada, ils désirent que je paie une facture donc 5 appels au 1-900-451-2495 aurait été fait à partir de mon téléphone, ils me disent que c'est moi et mon conjoint qui doivent payer.
La protection du consommateur contredit bell.
Mais plus le temps avance bell se montre de plus en plus exigeant et dit que je dois payer 49.50$ par appels, soit plus de 250.00$ alors que je n'ai jamais émis cet appel.

I received a bill for a 1 minute call at the amount of $49.95 on my NRTC bill.  I called NRTC and they said I made the call.  That's funny...it was my birthday and my boyfriend and I were not in all day, at the time the call was supposedly made.  I got into an argument with the person on the other end and refused to pay for it.  She asked if I wanted to pay a one time $10.00 fee to block all 900 #'s from being dialed out of my home.  I said yes.  I suggest other people do the same.  This way if a call comes from one of these 900 scammers then it will be blocked as the charges won't be able to be reversed into coming from your own line.  As for the call, she said she would try and have the charges rescinded so I wouldn't have to pay the 49.95.  I'd just like to know who made the call to my house and have the authorities get on their a***s.

We got charged also for 149.85 on our Bell bill.
When we called Bell they said we made the call from our phone.  Sounds like someone called us as they did with Eve and Ron and some how we are charged.  I WANT TO KNOW HOW DID YOU STOP IT AND DID YOU HAVE TO PAY THE 150 BILL.

I got the same call and was charged 150.00 on my videotron bill the 22 april 2010.
