Who is using this number?

I didn't respond to anything and these calls started over the weekend.

I tried calling, too, as that number has called me 3 times.  My carrier said the same thing.  I tried googling the number and it only came up with these posts.  I

This number shows up in a phishing employment scam. Go ahead and google it and you will find job listings all over the country. If you call this number you will find a toll on your next (or much later) phone bill. I just received a May charge of $17.00 on my August phone bill. Someone in my office decided to try calling this number. I guess that XO communications ignored my request to block all toll calls from our office phone. I am sitting on hold for their customer service for upwards of 20 minutes. You got to love the phone companies.....

I tried to call but a voice said, "wireless carrier does not allow calls to the number you are dialing"

Did anyone respond to the ad with this number?
