Sounds more like you work for them.  They told me that the "store had my husband on video, writing a bad check".  My husband has never written a check in his life, he is not even nor ever has been on the checking account! Then they had the nerve to say that he was hiding stuff from me.  The whole conversation was pretty hilarious!

This company called me and said i owe
$1600 to Check N Go from 2008...they said that if i didnt pay today
11-05-12 that they would put me in jail for
90 days. I went to Check N Go and they showed
Me that i had a $0 balance. When i called this
Company back and told them where i was at
They got pissed, yelled at me and then hung up
On me. This Company is a scam! Report
Them to the FTC! I did.

i wrote a bad check that i never cleared up and i was able to pay it without going to court or jail ! i WON !

Don't worry about it...It is a SCAM trying to tell people they have warrants. They tried to tell my sister she had two felony assault warrants. First off my sister doesn't hit people...second this number is "out of TN" and I live in TX...so if it was a warrant the city would of mailed a letter.
