Just remember this is a collection agency trying to collect a debt.  All collections have to go through a court in order to collect debt.  DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY.  I contacted the local police department where I work and filed a police report.  The police have gotten in touch with the person calling and requested that they stop calling.  If it continues, legal action can be filed against Robert Black and his employees.  Document all dates, times & names & phone numbers.  Also document how they identify themselves.  If they impersonate a federal agency or person, they can be in big trouble

Caller by the name of Peter Black left voice mail on my cell phone today threating legal action. He had a very heavy accent  and I could not understand what he was saying at all.  He wanted me to call him or have my attorney call, and if he did not hear from either of us that they would seek legal action. I filed bankruptcy in  2006. These people are saying that I borrowed money in  2005. I asked them to quit calling me. They continue to call anyway.

I get phone calls from these yahoos at least four times a week for the last few weeks asking for someone who has never worked here. I keep telling them that there isn't anyone here by that name and they get nasty demanding that I put them on the phone. When I asked where I was calling (state or country)the person I was talking to got very vague and and turned the conversation around and wouldn't answer the question. The caller has a very thick foreign accent and it is difficult to understand them. You can tell it is from a call center somewhere and there is a delay so it gets very frustrating speaking to them and it seems that they are always interrupting you. I have asked repeatedly that they discontinue calling, yet I still receive calls from them. Uuuuggghhh!
