one time (years ago) Fed X used to be very dependable and the best...Not so
much anymore...They are neither the best nor the worst...just ok...If you package
arrives just consider yourself lucky...like with all the other shippers...Just sayin...

it is not fedex. if it really is fedex, ask them for the shipping number for the package they are trying to send to you and look it up on fedex.com before you talk to them. they always hang up or say the tracking number is damaged. they are a group that is paid to find you. they want your address to serve you a lawsuit for a debtor of yours

It's FedEx following up on a claim for a missing package.

It was FedEx international calling about a package we had shipped that was stuck in transit.

You are severely misinformed. All cross border shipments require custom handling and the fees, called duties and taxes are usually paid by recipient. But, you can elect to pay them yourself. The problem up front is that FedEx doesn't dictate that so it I a follow-on charge on a separate bill.  But you a the sender had to fill out customs documents or commercial invoice stating the value o the product so you must have had advanced notice - FedEx, UPS and USPS all require customs documents and only USPS doesn't do the tax collecting on the sender option.

This is Fedex tracking. I have a claim that a package was delivered based on Fedex tracking, yet, the driver left at the front door at 2PM. When I got home at 4:30PM, there was any package. I made a claim to Fedex. This is what they are calling me back for some more information.

It is legitimate number: FedEx informed me that they are tracking my package. (A day before I contacted them regarding a status of my package, which seemed to be lost).

This is Bull!!!  I don't have a package coming from Fed-Ex and have not sent a package Fed-Ex.  They called my cell phone and did not leave a message.

Relax folks!!  This is a very nice service.

FedEx has someone follow up on a Tracking Case that has been initiated ensuring all data has been entered correctly and confirming the delivery time I was given by the inital FedEx worker.

No sales activities took place during my call.

Fedex is the WORST!!  I needed some insurance documents sent to me in upper Wisconsin from southern Wisconsin, fedex picked it up on Thursday and sent it to TENNESSEE  and then the plane broke down and I can't get the docs until MONDAY!!!   WTF!!! What kind of customer service is that!?!?!?

It was a sales call from FedEx.  I don't know how they got my cellphone #.  They're calling several times per day now.

I got a call yesterday which my daughter answered and they announced they were Fed Ex.  I took the call and we said hello to each other a few times and then I got disconnected.  Called back today and left message and when I return the call I get an annoucement about who they are but not able to leave a message.  Her message says if the line is busy, she will call me again.

This number called stating they have updated our address for Ralph Peterson. Did not ask for anything but stated address was updated and sent out to Ralph Peterson.

FedEx called from this number with information regarding special handeling of a package that was being forwarded to my office after it had missed going out on their truck in a timely fashion.

I didn't actually take the call.  They left me a message.  This is called courtesy where I'm from.

FedEx obviously cares about their customers.  I called them to make sure they would leave my package at my front door, and they were returning my call from this number to let me know that they had received my request and that they had left a message for their agent to leave it at my door.  They did call at 10:20pm, but I called them 30 minutes earlier, so no big deal.  The gentleman who called me back had a clear American accent and was very professional.  I don't know what anybody above is complaining about.  Don't be hesitant to take this call.

Oh, and they did leave a message- contrary to what a few of you gripers are saying.

It was Fedex letting me know my package would be a day late. This number isn't always for damaged/lost/stolen goods. It's their general outbound customer service line- I signed up for "tracking updates" but didn't think they'd be calling me.

I DO have a package that lost its label and Fed Ex is trying to locate it in their Phoenix, AZ location, but the call I received from this number didn't leave a message.

I was weary of the 901 area code, so I googled the phone number and ended up on this website leaving this post.

If it is Fed Ex calling about my lost package, THEY SHOULD HAVE LEFT A MESSAGE!!!  No business worth anything calls someone they need to talk to and doesn't leave a message with how the person can call them back.

i am getting horrible calls from 901 area code plus 209-623-4683 all have india accent all cuss and threaten me with court, oweing money, yelling, screaming and now calling my work.  i have no idea who these people are?  they use ordinary names such as mike larson, robert johnson, and more.  what do i do?  i have a family and they threaten me on my cell phone and now are calling my place of employment, wich could cost me my job.  please help, sincerely, bobbie l.

fedex keeps repeatedly calling me for someone else's package.  annoying.

It was Fed Ex trying to reach me, they could not deliver a package today ( I wonder why, because I was at home), so they will try again tomorrow.. The weird part of all this is.. why do they have to call me at 10:40 PM?..
