I just got the same message from 619-985-1209. It looks like someone has set up an automated phishing scam. I am on Verizon Wireless, I imagine you are all the same. As a past employee I know that Vtexts can be set up via mass texts through VZW, so they are probably randoming generating numbers.

Everyone in my family got this text within 45 min of each other, it's probably phishing, but this is the actual number of US Bank according to our bank... which just makes it more suspicious considering that whole target fiasco that just happened.

Thanks for the notes. I just received same vtext, directing to call the 323-647-2580 number
for us bank security Dept.
Looks like it originated from 858 472 2019
I have no us bank affiliation either.
I was going to call, but thought I would look it up first to see if a scam
which it apparently is.
Thanks.

I just called because I was curious. It's a scam to get you to give them all of your info. The message stated that my us bank debit card was limited and I needed to give all my info to update. I don't belong to US bank!!

A "V-Text" message to my cell asked me to call "US Bank SecDept" at 323 647-2580. The text appeared to originate from 901-568-1125. Sounds "phishy" to me.
