This number has been calling my cell phone while I am working, no messages left but I hate getting random calls all the time

Same thing is happening to me. This sumber calls when I'm at work all the time but never leaves a message.

This number is from the US Navy Recruiters office.

Person says he is Navy recruiter, but the number is not listed as a number belonging to a recruiting office in Memphis, TN

yes its a recruiter, and they usually use there own phones such as cells etc.
so prob not always listed.
