I haven't received a call from this number, but I'm looking into it because it has been reported to be the source for harassing calls to voters in 2011 Canadian federal election. If you have any information, please let me know at smaher@herald.ca.

Getting a number calls on this with my Dartmouth line. Haven't answered as I don't recognize the number and I assumed it was a telemarketer/ another annoying ad / or a computer prompted survey.  

If the reports above are right this would be the wrong way to get people interested in voting for a particular party or for that matter even garner interest for people to even bother voting.

There is something wrong with a picture where voting participation is plummeting to all time lows, voter apathy is up, we continue to vote the same way as we did in the 1800's (no options to vote on line, a televote, or mail in ballot etc.) and to top things off some of us are now getting sleazy anonymous calls asking about our voting intentions. Just another sign of how sadly democracy is working (or not working in Canada) and if you are not you should be worried about where it's all going for our country's democracy in the future. Make sure you vote May 2nd!

I've gotten a number of calls from this number and I don't answer. But there is always a "message" left and when I listen, it's blank.

Call me at work too.

Called me. Robot voice asking me who I was voting for in my riding. Listed all the candidates by name. But did not identify who it was calling. NONE of their BUSINESS! Likely the Conservatives, they've been spying on people in Facebook too. This party is SCARY!
